Kinn Habitat is a blessing in disguise. First, location is most central, Clarke Quay is best MRT. Kudos to sincere well-trained staff; Dexter and Lyn (4*), made my welcome such a pleasant experience, seeing it's my first visit to a Capsule lodging. Pros are all: a soft pillow, bed soft enough, topped by a mattress offering good warmth and sound slumber.. Others have commented about what you will get when checking in. Facilities and amenities are all first-class, compact and space all round spotlessly pristine clean. On level 5, one could get croissant, pie, a muffin and a drink, tea/coffee, even Milo, great!. My stay was 3 nights , my capsule had 4 other males, no one talked loudly, bits of snores only ; all very civil, an plus point. Con : (non entity related), a guy talked at 2 am, I was awoken and regrettably failed to fall back to sleep again, on my last night. Other than that, all passable and I look forward to return someday. (9.5/10)

The hotel matches the pictures i see online.Had a great stay as a solo female traveller and will definitely come back. The place is very clean and well maintained.The staff is very helpful and friendly.theres a shared bathroom and pantry on level 2 and 4 and also laundry room. The living area is clean and comfortable.the bed fits 2 people and very comfy. The hotel door will be locked at 11 and required a password to enter,which makes me feel safe.Theres a pantry to fill up water and make coffees tea,microwave food which is convenient. There is 7-11 nearby but for night food isnt much since its a pub area. Its a clubbing area so you will hear some muffled noises at night,but earplugs do help with the problem. Things that i think needs improvement is the clothing iron, have normal tea and sugar (not just green tea) available, and more place to hang clothes and put toiletries in toilets.other than that its a good hotel.

There are 3 MRT stations within 10-min walking distance (Raffles Place, Chinatown, Clark Quay). There are many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. I got an upper bunk. Climbing up takes some effort. Generally the hostel is clean. Shower room and toilets are clean. Shampoo and shower gel are provided.

No offense but it's the worst hotel I've ever been to: - Moldy wall right in the lobby - Showers work but you have no space to put a towel or clothes (and these are common/shared...) - These are not capsules, they don't have a door or anything but just a CURTAIN which let pass noise and light - The lights are always on in the room, no way to turn them off - People don't give a damn about rules, they talk in the room, they talk outside and you can hear them - There are clubs nearby so you'll be kept awake with the music - I think the hotel is right under the MRT or something because every few minutes there was a louuud rumbling Impossible to sleep here. I checked out after the first night.

Room is clean, probably one hostel with the best linens that I checked the brand out of curiosity. I was not pleased with their slow check in and fact that the bathroom stinks but in general it is decent place to stay a night.

If you stay for a short time I recommend you here because it’s safe for solo travellers and close to street food or restaurants around there

100% recommended, ideal location, easy walking distance to 2 mrt stations, many food options around, good wifi, good shower, staff is very kind and professional. Only few smalls details are missing to make this place perfect. I can book here again without any hesitations.

This review is for both properties- Kinn Capsule & Kinn Habitat. While both properties are lovely, it would be sad to see their expansion plans stymied due to wrong appointments in managerial positions. Older property Kinn Capsule suitably appoints Resident Manager Dash- a hard worker & hands on. Newer property appoints Resident Manager Sanjay who reeks way too much of egoism, which cannot be for a lead operational role. The longer run team dynamics will reek of politics if this is not changed, which will make staying in such a property a challenge.
