Nice cozy hotel with all the things u need .. comfortable bed but too bad curtain is not black out.

Normal price per quality ratio for Singapore. Very good location. Quite AC. Do not expect much from their breakfast.

2nd day stay, breakfast was still ok. Free coffee, filtered water and ice the whole day in the lobby. Lobby was always clean and cozy. Room is cozy as well. Good water pressure. Hot water for shower was consistent. I wasn't able to use the pool but looks like it was always open and clean. The front desk is very accommodating. No extra fees when leaving the luggage.

It’s in a very strategic location, the food is not bad and the room is clean. It’s worth the price.

The photos of the room were obviously taken a long time ago, maybe right after the renovation. It doesn't look quite like that now. There was no hot water in the shower, and it's obvious that it's not provided there. There are only two options for water temperature: ice cold and cool. There is no free space in the room at all, I could barely unfold one small suitcase on the floor. The breakfast with Asian food was tasteless, the situation was saved only by toasts with butter and jam.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Near to boat quey bus station and china town and raffles place mrt. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We checked in early at 12 which was great. Also drink(water and coffee) is free for whole day. Honestly, this is not a 4-star hotel I share photos and you decide. I'VE BEEN TO MANY HOTELS AND IT'S JUST a 3 STAR CLEAN AND NICE MOTEL. The whole breakfast area includes 4 ,5 tables I think. The room is small especially the bathroom. In the morning there were so many guests for a very limited so called buffet breakfast and there wasn't table or chair so they had to drink coffee while standing. We paid around 750 sgd which is so expensive.

Totally disappointed! Incorrect attitude from the staff! Be careful when booking this hotel!

Good location near several MRT stations and restaurants. Staffs are friendly! The environment good & clean. Family & kids friendly. Though hotel restaurant is a bit small but I enjoyed most at there!❤️

We were only here for the night due to a booking mistake but for the night it ticked all the boxes.The staff were outstanding going above and beyond to please x the room was ok, very quiet and dark for a good nights sleep.
