Friendly service staff. Good range of amenities outside of room. Very good location for those on flight schedule but price can be steep.

The room is small than expected, but overall is a good transit hotel due to its location.

Even though its in the airport, you gotta go through Immigration and fill out the necessary form. Make sure you are clear to exit before booking abit of a pricey non-refundable room. Although the cabin room is very small, I was able to take a lovely shower and nap during my long layover. It's clean and has everything to make your short stay pleasant and relaxing. The location is great. TV has many channels. Overall good stay.

I stayed at Yotelair Jewel for a night on 18th Dec before I went to catch my flight to Shanghai on 19 Dec. The location is great, it's in Jewel and within 5 to 10 mins walk to Terminal 3 via the 24hr linkway. The room was cozy and shower facilities are functioning well. Thank you Yotelair!

Location location location. It is very convenient for connecting flights with a long wait. The convenience is what you paid for.

Very odd place... Smallest room I've stayed in ever, but huge electric comfort bed and TV.. Not cheap.. I paid purely as connecting flight. Next time I'd sleep in upper lounging area.. As 50+ travellers ( I discovered ) do..

Cute set up. Compact, I mean this room is TINY. But it's roomier than a pod, and more private than a hostel, so if you book this hotel knowing it's tight, you'll be ok. The bed is comfy, the sheets are crisp and clean. Shower is hot and good pressure. (Shower does splash into the bathroom a bit, so don't store your luggage in the bathroom!) It's super convenient being inside Jewell shopping centre and so close to the airport (Terminal 1, especially). Check-in isn't until 6pm, but we were grateful to be able to store luggage there for the day before check-in to room. Do note that much of Jewell doesn't really open until 10am, and is all mostly closed by 10pm (many food places closed by 8 or 9pm, in fact). Easy to get MRT (train) into Singapore. We didn't add the Yotel breaky option, as there's plenty of choices in Jewell for breakfast. But there is tea/coffee/hot & cold drinking water available 24/7 at Yotel, which is handy.

The staffs are approachable. the room has tiny space but we are comfortable in our stay and it’s clean.

Booked Yotel last min as my flight got cancelled and have to reschedule it. Yotel was able to accommodate to my request and assisted me with it. It is located conveniently in Jewel Changing (Next to T1). It's just a small box room, if you have lots of luggage, do speak up to the staff for storage.

One of the best locations within the Changi Airport with affordable price compared to other transit hotels in the airport.

Stayed a night to catch my flight at 7.30 am. It serviced the purpose. However, to stay longer... I would not choose this hotel. If a bath rope is provided, I will reconsider.

Location is excellent! Jewel is just so convenient for food and entertainment! Definitely recommend for people who likes cozy room. 👍🏼
