It’s an old hotel that needs renovation. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and bottled water was not provided.

dhreat location- near three MRT stations on three different lines. Some staff were friendly some were ok. Very old furnitures and equipment.

My mother wasn't able to go in because the old chinese lady told him visitors allowed.🤣😭

always booked this hotel for my colleagues when we have an exhibition in SG. clean and great location

Normal room for sleep and going out. Not recommended for family.

The place is very nice and clean. and also staff is very accommodating. They have smoking area outside the hotel. Very peaceful place. Near Churches. We love the Place so much. ❤️ Thank you, OXFORD HOTEL 🇸🇬

Room is a bit old and smoky smell. There’s no refrigerator in my room and just 3 plug input (include lamp plug to at you can unplug it)

What you can expect from OLD VERSION HOTEL located Queen Street singapore. I do admit the hotel located walking distance to MRT, BUT other than that are BELOW AVERAGE ! Let me share with you : 1. There is no tooth brush provided 2. There is NO MINERAL BOTTLE WATER provided inside the room 3. Of course the shower water smells rusty and feel sticky after shower 4. The aircond ceiling unit facing direct on the face level ( i can't sleep ) 5. Not to mentioned , the front counter lady ( so called manager ) are being kiasu 6. Of course the front parking is giving to the OWNER HOTEL, while me need to park at the "side" of the hotel ( From here you know the hotel Not giving priority to the guest ) So if you have other option , you may choose other "new" hotel, to avoid such bizzare nightmare.

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. receptionist are all welcoming and courteous . Bdlg exterior is beautiful. -toilet is clean but old -bldg is old but beautiful needs to renovate interior -carpet needs to vacuum every check out of guest -no tooth brush -rooms not sound proof -noise / sound from other room and corridor is very loud -poor sound proofing

Book this hotel as we were going to concert over the weekend. This hotel is very closed to bras basah met station which is 4 station away. The hotel is basic and old but clean. For the price we are paying, we are expecting basic like this. No frill.

The hotel is close to public transportation. There's a lot of restaurant and shopping place around the area. The only disadvantage is the wall is thin and I can hear the flush of the toilet. I would like to thank the property for letting me check-in at 11am. It helped me a lot. I was able to get some rest after my early flight.

There is no fregeder..also no bottle water to drink i asked it they said no ..go bathrom get water then boul it before use !!!! Also lady i think indean called me in telephon 22.20 asked me to check out i told her give maximum 5 minutes. She refused but the problem is she said that shouted in a loud, excited voice. Said. NO. NO. NO...!!! Also no any bottl water in my room Room clean bthrom size ok interemrt ok..only behavior of recibtion not good
