Good to stay for couple days. Room small and clean. Many restaurants near hotel.

new. Clean. Good location. Rooms with locker for the backpack. Toilets clean. Nice hostel. Near from MRT.

Shoes cannot be worn inside the property and need to leave them outside next to the stairs. Bathrooms are too small.

very near to two mrt stations. food hawker just below and around the property. nice coffee shop in front. definitely recommended.

Very nice place, friendly staff (Mr. JW) the manager (Ms. Chris) is very kind and very approachable and she always smile and very accommodating to all their guest.

I booked 1 bed in female dorm (6 bed) and I didn’t get what I expect as what they put on their picture, I got tiny room with another 5 girl. The pics they put before I booked it’s totally different. No locker inside the room and I have to sleep with my backpack in my bed cause there no space at all. most of the shower handle in women bathroom is broker and you can’t use the basin when there is someone shower cause the put their drainage close the basin. The only good things of this hostel is location cause is just 7-10 minutes walk from public transport but the rest is I highly not recommend.

Rucksack Inn is a budget hotel that has everything you need for a quick trip! The Filipina lady receptionist was very helpful and kind when I checked in so it went smoothly. Also was a quick check out process too! The Singaporean receptionist was not very kind though. He didn’t like to be asked questions. Their lounge area is open 24/7 so you can travel while working. Maybe you can add curtains on the beds for added privacy! Overall it was a good stay! Thank you!

Pretty basic and decent hostel with very basic and conservative rules. The room I've stayed in was 6 bedder female dormitory that comes with a locker. It was quite a pleasant stay. The common area comes with very basic appliances like microwave, fridge and water dispenser. Tiny pantry with a round table and 4 chairs. Glad to know that they are going to renovate and revamp the staircase even though it's going to take a while to get them started.

Great value for money, clean and comfortable. A bit messy toilets (water easily spread between showers and toilets). Amazing customer service, team is mature, professional and warm / helpful

The place is clean for 4 bunker room, managed to get a room with window which is quite comfy and doesn't have bad smells
