The room on the higher floor is poorer in many aspects than the room on the lower floor that I stayed in the past few days.

Great Stay in a Convenient Location I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location—it’s just a short walk away from 100AM Mall, making it super convenient for shopping, dining. Whether I needed last-minute essentials or wanted to explore nearby restaurants, everything was within easy reach. The room provided a comfortable stay with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and I appreciated having cable TV channels for some relaxation. While the hotel may not be luxurious, it offers good value for money, especially for travelers who prioritize location and comfort.

A great hotel with a good location ( near tanjong pagar mrt) with lots of eateries around. My partner and I stayed in a club room for 1 night. The room looks clean and new. The club lounge was very cozy and comfortable. Very good vibes for chilling there. It comes with small bites like sandwiches/croissant in the afternoon, whole day cookies ,biscuits , chips and juices available. However, we were quite disappoint with the evening cocktails. Saw many good reviews about their club lounge but I guess we came at the wrong timing as I heard from the manager that this weeks’s booking for club were less than 5 ppl hence it will only served Ala Carte items like spring roll and yakitori just that it’s unlimited serving. Kinda wasted as I was still looking forward to their seafoods ( based on those reviews) nevertheless, we were well served by Jasper and Rayyis. Even though we were the only guest at the lounge, they are always ready to refill our drinks for us. They were very friendly too 👍🏻hopefully next time will get to try their full menu.

not bad for its location room amazing too overall not bad for its price

Location of the hotel is very good, near China Town and opposite has a super market FairPrice, and we had breakgfast there very easily, the staff are friendly and the concierge guy really looks professional.

My perk is late check out but wasn’t informed Other than that is all good

nice & clean room . Requested for late check out , was given 1pm check out . the beekeeping was good .

Overall satisfactory regard the price. Good service, friendly staff.

Water pressure kinda weak compare to the last time i came and the shower door kept opening 🥲🥲🥲 but overall love the facilities with the new additional of wireless charging box/pad thingy

Everything was perfect! We had a great stay. The fridge could have been empty. Cleanliness wise: a little dusty. Service wise: abit too slow. Could have been improved. But overall, was the perfect stay ever! Everything was convenient.

This is my 2nd stay here, for my birthday this year! Always loved how the location is convenient and it has everything I need for a simple but satisfying stay. Everything was great, I got upgraded to the 24th Floor 🥹🥹! Only slight downside was that the door had to be pushed really, REALLY hard to close / open it (it won't close properly). Not a huge nuisance but I do have to use my whole body weight to close the door lol. And there were dust bunnies in the gaps where the door lock (the black latch) is. I had to wipe that down myself. Besides these, the stay was comfy and great! Thank you once again! :)

Had a nice stay. Room nice and clean. Breakfast is ok. Complimentary parking which is good.

Everything satisfied and met the expectation. Giving us a slice of cake for anniversary celebrations!
