We stay two nights here and they have 24 hours reception! We can easily request late check in, just send them email so that they can keep the room. Good location, near bus stops only less 5 minutes walk. From hotel to city center we use bus no 33 and vice versa. Room are clean and shower pressure is great! Toilet comes with bidet, yay! Staff are friendly, you can store your bag for couple hours after check out.

Over years,I banked at this place frequently. The location is alright, a bit of legacy (Peranakan, nyona), and now taken as Viet Bahn MI ensemble, numerous cafes around. The popular Common Man coffee joint lends vibrancy to the environment. Room wise, setback is to use combined shower/ body gel dispenser, the two are worded Differently. Good, I brought my own..the television worded erratic, 20 mins on/off. Pillow and bed, okay. Would stay again..

The hotel doesn't care to enforce minimum rules such as "quiet hours" and "non smoking". It was my 5th time in Singapore, but the first one I felt I was in China, Malaysia or Indonesia. I've stayed at low budget hotels in Singapore already and at least these rules were enforced for the comfort of other guests. Shouting and loud noises are current coin along the corridors, mainly Fri & Sat night. One night there was kind of a party in one room near mine, laughing and shouting after midnight. After that, a total disrespectful guest had a call/film/whatever with such a loud noise that I could hear it perfectly well from my room at 1AM!!! And it wasn't the room next to mine. Totally disrespectful guests, but it's the hotel's responsibility to check this and do something for the peace and rest of the other guests. Monday afternoon, a couple having s*x, she was shouting so loud that it appeared she was being murdered. This went on for more than one hour. Honestly, I don't care, but there were families with children and it can be very embarrassing this kind of noise CONTINUOUSLY for more than one hour. Tuesday night, guest smoking for hours and hours. No sound proofing at all, I could hear the next room guests coughing, their cell phone vibrating (not ringing, vibrating!). Of course, when the went to the toilet, it was as if they were in your toilet. Even if it's cheap, the hotel should take care of these aspects. I won't return

Standard Ibis Budget Hotel. You get what you pay for. It was not especially good and not bad at all. Solid 8/10 in my eyes.

After a week long search for budget accomodation for my family, found this gem of a hotel. I would definitely recommend to all tourists with kids. Worth the money paid. Connected to all parts of Singapore via route#33 bus, with stop less than 1 minute away. Had good sized room enough for 3, hot water in bathroom and clean towels. Came with a window and daily housekeeping. They have a water dispenser near reception to fill in our bottles unlimited and a storage room to keep our luggages in, in case of early arrival or late departures. What else can a budget traveler ask for? THE BEST!

Good budget hotel. Do not expect anything amazing but it's enough for a short stay. The location is great, a lot of shops cafés and restaurants. Around 15min walk to the MRT. The deal on the Trip app was really good so that's why I booked it. Overall a pleasant stay.

I give you 1/5 in cleanliness for the first room, and 3/5 for the second room you gave me. Luckily we just stayed here for one day. In the evening just after we went out, i found a LOT of cockroaches in my room. I reported to the front desk and they managed to give me another room. But still, we were not sleeping well and worried. Service and location is good. Near 7-eleven and walking distance to bus stop, mall, and mrt station. I just recommend you to call pest control. My review is based on my experience, not reflecting other experiences, maybe your experience is (or will be) better than mine. Thank you.
