Decided to do a staycation in a deluxe balcony king and it was amazing. Loved the vibes of the hotel. The spa was really good too. The staff were welcoming and friendly. They really focus on giving their guest a good experience. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful and spacious Premier balcony room for a family of 4. It was perfect as we have separate room with toilet and bathroom facilities. We just walk across to enable yo see our loved one. Highly recommended

Our room didnt have hot water for the shower, probably water heater faulty. Hotel helped us to change a room the next day and all was good for the new room. Nice high ceilings.

Great hotel, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Very friendly staff and no screaming kids giving you a well earned rest away from work. Breakfast was different as you can order one set from the menu and have unlimited fruits, coffee, tea and fruit juices.

Had a great stay! The room was chic and modern with a fabulous view from the 19th floor where I was staying. The staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming. I would definitely come back.

I’m booking this staycation to celebrate my 25th anniversary with my spouse. It is good that the hotel can prepare a small greeting cards or a small cakes upon guest arrival. At least a small gesture will brighten up our day. Unfortunately there’s nothing even though we did indicate during our booking. A bit disappointing

First time bringing a child to try this hotel. Usually, our child sleeps with us, so we booked a room without a baby cot. However, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a baby cot and baby toiletries. The room decoration is beautiful, with a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast is not a buffet. The pillows are too soft; we requested firmer ones at the front desk, but they were still too soft. Overall, it's good, better than relatively older five-star hotels at a similar price.

If you're planning to surprise your friends/family/ spouse for their birthday or any occasions , DO NOT COME HERE. i called in the morning to ask for an early check in as i was told to call on the day itself to check the availability. The customer service told me that i can check in at 230pm and they will make sure the room will be ready by then. when arrived at 230pm, i was told that their hotel dont offer early check in and i have to wait till 3pm. when 3pm came, i was told i can only check in another 10-15 mins. when it was around 320pm , i was told again that i can only check in another 40 mins. i already told the conceirge that i have to set up ( with balloons , birthday preparations) by 4pm at 230pm when i arrived. i only managed to check in at 410PM when it was already stated that i can check in at 3PM. THIS RUINED MY SURPRISE. is this what 5 STARS hotel offers ? HORRIBLE
