It was a wonderful experience!! Love the aesthetic of the design of the hotel. The room was also spacious with high celling, cozy and clean.

Great hotel, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Very friendly staff and no screaming kids giving you a well earned rest away from work. Breakfast was different as you can order one set from the menu and have unlimited fruits, coffee, tea and fruit juices.

Nice breakfast service, new room but disappointed that there is no bath tub. Check in lady a pretty Korean rendered service with a smile. Thank you … keep up the good service

I’m booking this staycation to celebrate my 25th anniversary with my spouse. It is good that the hotel can prepare a small greeting cards or a small cakes upon guest arrival. At least a small gesture will brighten up our day. Unfortunately there’s nothing even though we did indicate during our booking. A bit disappointing

First time bringing a child to try this hotel. Usually, our child sleeps with us, so we booked a room without a baby cot. However, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a baby cot and baby toiletries. The room decoration is beautiful, with a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast is not a buffet. The pillows are too soft; we requested firmer ones at the front desk, but they were still too soft. Overall, it's good, better than relatively older five-star hotels at a similar price.

If you're planning to surprise your friends/family/ spouse for their birthday or any occasions , DO NOT COME HERE. i called in the morning to ask for an early check in as i was told to call on the day itself to check the availability. The customer service told me that i can check in at 230pm and they will make sure the room will be ready by then. when arrived at 230pm, i was told that their hotel dont offer early check in and i have to wait till 3pm. when 3pm came, i was told i can only check in another 10-15 mins. when it was around 320pm , i was told again that i can only check in another 40 mins. i already told the conceirge that i have to set up ( with balloons , birthday preparations) by 4pm at 230pm when i arrived. i only managed to check in at 410PM when it was already stated that i can check in at 3PM. THIS RUINED MY SURPRISE. is this what 5 STARS hotel offers ? HORRIBLE

overall was good. but there were no plugs in the toilet so if you wanted to blow your hair need to do it in the living room. And the balcony view unfortunately was a construction roof of another building :＜ checked in on Saturday afternoon and the tahtahtah construction sound until 18:00 not so nice ahh.

I had the best birthday celebration here! The hotel staff is very accommodating and patient. Sometimes its pretty normal for hotel staff to be snarky and give weird looks to youngsters coming for a staycation but my friends and I had a blast and I felt nothing but welcomed by all the staff❤️ Everyone should consider staying here while its still new and enjoy the good quality amenities and complimentary items!

Booked this newly opened hotel for staycation. All the rooms are equipped with a balcony. The rooms are clean. The staff there were all friendly and approachable. They are very fast and efficient. Ordered a room service. The beef taste damn good. The room is so comfortable and everything is hi tech even for the toilet bowl. I love the infinity pool. They have glass bottom. Overall I enjoyed my stay there!

Amazing hotel and room. The decoration is impressive. Unfortunately, we experienced a little inconvenience regarding the swimming pool and its area. That place had been privatised for all evening until 10pm, so we couldn't enjoy the pool (also closing at 10pm). The staff did give us a 50 SGD compensation for this inconvenience, which is pretty great but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and the view. The best would have been to get a notice before we booked the room.

Very good service, cleaning, good location definitely the best in the area
