I read the poor reviews prior not believing how bad it could be.  The room was so dirty.  There were stains everywhere on the carpet and sofa.  The towels were grey (original white). There were ants as well.  I paid extra for a suite with a bigger room but I saw some rooms were extremely small and those guests simply left their doors wide open for more space and air conditioning from the hallway.  Multiple guests were doing that and they spoke loudly disrupting other guests.  There are also no staff manning the reception.  You check in yourself.

Dash Loving Rochor is a well regarted service hotel . Rooms : typically well equiped featuring modern design with comfortable furnishing . Price : afforable . Also got a free E-sim for 3 days. Location : strategic . Near with the mrt and bus station. Also got a 7-e nearby which easy for us to buy something . Near with the indian restaurant. Overall : highly recommend and will repeated again .

One of the good budget option in Singapore, located in Little India, so it’s a hit or miss because the surroundings is kinda dirty compared to Singapore standard

The hotel deployed self chk in and there was no staffs at the counter. At 3pm, pools of guest crowded at the self check in counter. Could see that the guest was helpless and frustrated.i wasted about 45mins just trying to get my check in done. Will not recommend this hotel to others.

This is an unusual hotel with what appears to be no staff, and limited functions other than rooms. If this is all you need then no problem, but the occasions when you would like a person to talk to (key is not working or issue with the room) then you need to talk to a tablet and see if the situation can be resolved remotely. The location was great, in the heart of little India and easy access to the MRT lines. Room itself was fine, good space and comfortable bed, although the lack of windows and natural light made it feel a little like a cave.

Value for money and clearness good, room very small, good for stop over one night stay, not enough space for you to open up your luggage. Water pressure good, high ceilings make riom bigger. Checking in is problem, wasting too much time. Overall is good for short stay.

Room is small but the main issue is weird layout. Limited space to move around. High volume of hotel guests - noise along corridor. Carpets in room get stained. Stepped in a dress pin. Some litter along the corridor. Overall, rooms are pretty expensive in Singapore, even when compared to certain parts of Tokyo.

Cons - Self Check-in and no physical frontdesk personnel. - If you have an issue during self check-in late at night, expect to wait for almost an hour before someone responds to your concern. - Carpet inside our room looks worn out and needs cleaning. Pros - Very near to Little India MRT, food stalls and 7/11. - Walking distance to Mustafa Center. - Comfortable bed, cold A/C, clean CR.
