This was how they prepare and clean the room for me. The blanket still have the bloods from the last booking. Seem they didn't clean the room or change new blanket or bed sheet. Disgusting. I would ask for the refund

Friendly receptionists and a convenient location close to City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT! The room is comfortably sized and relatively clean.

This property is situated right in the centre of the city centre and very well connected to all transportation options and easy to get around Little India by walk. Rooms were comfortable and neat, had a pleasant stay here.

I stayed at Owen House for 4 nights and found it to be a mixed experience. The location is excellent—right near vibrant Little India, making it a great starting point to explore Singapore. I appreciated being given a (mostly) quiet room as requested, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing me to use a common bathroom with a shower before my late flight. The room featured modern amenities, though they were slightly worn. Unfortunately, the air conditioning's temperature control didn't work well and was a bit noisy, and the room had a slight smell. Cleanliness was acceptable but not spotless, and the lack of natural light was a significant downside. That said, I booked the hotel at an affordable price, which is why I’m giving it a 4-star rating.

Went in for a trip to Singapore, but did not want to pay premium prices in the center. MRT is close, breakfast service in restaurant next to hotel is perfect.

The hotel room was very clean , the safety is on point too as u need an access card to use the lifts to the rooms. 10/10

My experience at Owen House by Habyt was so enjoyable! Despite the negative reviews about the small rooms, our suite was surprisingly spacious. There was a comfortable sofa bed and a queen bed beside it. The TV had YouTube and Netflix which my kids specially enjoyed. The receptionist at the front desk called Glen really lit up the whole trip with excellent and polite service. However, the toilet had a rather foul odour which was quite unpleasant for users. The room was quite dimly lit and there were very few channels on the TV. Overall, Owen House by Habyt was an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone! 😊

Ample Countertop and Desk Space: I was delighted to find plenty of countertop and desk space for all my travel essentials, making it easy to stay organized. Great Bathroom Lighting: The mirror lighting in the bathroom was perfect, providing excellent visibility for grooming. Excellent Value for Money: Given the room size and amenities, it felt like a great value for the price. Wind-Free Air Conditioning: I particularly appreciated the air conditioning system, which included a wind-free option for added comfort. Close to Public Transport: The hotel’s proximity to the metro station was a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Cons: Crowded Lobby: The lobby can feel cramped, especially when a handful of guests check in and out simultaneously. With the reception located next to the elevator and limited seating available, it often becomes quite busy. Overall, Owen House by Hamlet exceeded our expectations with its generous space and thoughtful design, making it a great choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in Singapore. Will definitely book here again for our next trip.

Nice hotel near little India, all staffs are helpful

staff was very friendly and accommodating. first hotel room i stayed in without windows and it was still great. other hotels would tend to have a hostel vibe, but this room was true to the picture and everything was perfect. would stay again.
