Bought a stay voucher via Trip app to experience this newly open hotel in the heart of Orchard. Hotel entrance is facing Paragon shopping mall. Small cosy lobby with lots of sitting area. Modernised check-in counter where you could stand beside the staff during the check-in. Check-in staff was not smiling when welcoming us. Bad first impression. Our club access room was upgraded from classic to superior which I felt thankful but nothing to wow about because from the pictures both classic and superior rooms looked similar. Had to take a lift up to the general floor on the 4th where a lounge, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and the club residence rooms are located. There is also a currency exchange machine at the end of the hallway. Our room was located on the 6th so we had to take a 2nd lift up. Felt abit cramped on the 4th floor where the hallway is narrow. Hallway on our room floor was normal width. Room was great, clean and simple. Fitted nicely with basic stuff. Shower was good, rain shower could be better with smaller and more holes. Archive Club is located on the 4th at the end of the hallway to Club Residences' rooms. Lovely, cosy and staff here were super friendly and helpful. Evening cocktail (5-7pm) has a small variety of canapes and not too shabby array of alcohol available. Had my breakfast here as well, ala-carte buffet. Can customise own preferences for the food you want to have. Breakfast also comes with champagne. Did not have a meal at Eden restaurant. Do take note no bathroom slippers allowed as a dress code. Swimming pool looks to be about 15m long, no one was using the pool when we visited. 5 cabanas that required reservation which you may do so via a QR code on your tv in the hotel's facility catalogue. Bar in the lounge has an extensive range of alcohol available. The lounge looks to be very cosy as well. Check out was smooth and quick. Staff bidded us goodbye with a smile. Overall an enjoyable stay here

Was In Meeting In Singpore For 2 day.We book 2 night with ABF.Chack in Was very slow we was there around 14.30 PM we got out key at 16.55PM.Hotel lobby was very nice ABF was very good.Room is Big and clean As Accor Standard.Location is very good near all shopping center.

Service was excellent and staff were all very friendly. It was my son's birthday and the hotel actually presented us with a whole birthday cake in the room, and another small 1 from the restaurant staff by the pool with mocktails! Needless to say, the location is great too.

Booked this hotel for my birthday celebration on my actual birth date, It was very last minute as we already had my birthday celebration earlier at Fairmount Singapore. I have always wanted to stay in Pullman because the exterior of the hotel looked so cool and posh. Upon check in, we weren't told that we could excess the room with a digital key card (I found out cause i overheard the other lady who were checking in another group beside us) I left a note to say I was celebrating my birthday, there wasn't even a simple happy birthday wish from the front desk (she had my NRIC which has my DOB) We have always celebrated our bday with staycations and ALL the hotels we went to (be it on the actual day or earlier) they will without fail, wish us happy birthday. Earlier this year for my partner bday we stayed at Fullerton hotel, the front desk wished her and they prepared cake, balloons, card and a Fullerton bear for her, last year we celebrated our wedding and stayed at Pan Pac which was 4 days before my actual birthday, the front desk notice the date were very close to my birthday and wished me an early happy bday and upgraded our room. At Fairmount where I celebrated 4days earlier also wished me happy birthday. Since this was so last min, i definitely did not expect any cake or anything but not even a bday wish.. was kinda pathetic for a hotel. Now to the room, the room actually looked worn out, the walkway towards the room have wall paper peeling off, the carpet has an old carpet smell, our room door doesn't close properly, seems like the door alignment is slightly off and i have to shove the door close, the magnified mirror in the bathroom was also wonky, it doesn't stay up, looked super worn out. There were a long scratch on the cupboard door, water marks and chipped edges on the bedside tables, the cupboard door to the fridge will slam shut instead of closing softly which is an obvious wear and tear on the hinges and there is a really horrible stain on the side of the bed frame and the Carpet. It really seems like this management only put alot of effort on the exterior of the hotel, the exterior looks fabulous the exterior was the one that seal the deal for me when i was choosing between this, Conrad and Parkroyal Marina bay, dang even the buffet area (which is accessible to public) looks so damn posh and cool but once you go up to the rooms, it feels old, and worn out. Honestly I felt cheated, I felt like i made a very bad choice to stay at Pullman instead of the other 2 hotel. Their service wasn't that great either, it was raining and when we approach a male staff to borrow an umbrella, he took at least 20-30secs before replying to ask what is our room number, it is very obvious he doubts if we were even guest there. Just earlier this month, when i was visiting a friend who was staying at Paradox hotel, I went to the concierge to borrow an umbrella, I told them i wasn't a guest but had a friend staying here and that friend is trapped in the rain nearby, they gave the umbrella to me without asking me what is the room number but i gave them anyway. Before writing this review, I googled 3x to make sure that this is actually a 5 star hotel because if it was actually a 3 or 4 star hotel I would definitely manage my expectations and be totally fine with all these. Honestly I stayed in hotels with better room maintenance and service in JB. some of which was only 4 stars. By the way I stayed in the Premier Deluxe room, not the lowest tier of room in the hotel. Definitely won't come back here, won't try Pullman hotel overseas either. Hotel on the outside is 5 star, inside the room... a 3 star rating. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, heart of Orchard Road.

Generally quite small but modern spaces, breakfast items were not bad.

Expensive hotel in an exquisite location. You can find everything around here! Staffs are really helpful and try to help me to fix problem. Breakfast is very very goooood! Would love to come back again!

We faced some hiccups during check-in, which was frustrating. The daytime front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, making the start of our stay less enjoyable. In contrast, the night shift staff were much more engaging and motivated, which was a relief. Duty Manager Dahlia made an effort to address my concerns after I provided feedback, and I appreciate her attempts at service recovery. The hotel itself is nice, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the inconsistency in service left us disappointed. I hope they can improve the front desk experience in the future. Overall, while we had some enjoyable moments, it wasn’t the celebration we had hoped for.
