Book this hotel to rest and celebrate birthday. Overall it was a decent good stay, but hotel may need to refurbish the bathtub since it is kinda old with some flaky parts. For amenities, would be great to add toothbrush for guest. A decent breakfast menu, not so many choices but still okay for the price.

Fast check in. Big n clean rooms. Near city center. Batu Pahat Mall, aeon big mall and eatery places nearby. Overall very good. Will visit again

I recently stayed at Katerina Hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The hotel is well-located, offering both convenience and relaxation. The room was modern, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I especially enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the peaceful ambiance. It’s a perfect place for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommend!

Room: old and classic. need to clean dust in the room especially at the aircond. control panel for all electrical appliances not sure its working or just for show off purpose. pool: need to open the filter when pool is operating for guest. when i use the pool the filter is not operating. i can see dirts in the pool.

Good location and good service, easy access in Batu Pahat town. Nearby opposite Thai foot massage center, very convenience and good service.

Lovely stay, old hotel but facilities are good enough for me with big windows 👍 city view at night was amazing. delicious breakfast with egg station. at night, got a lot places to eat just nearby. we went to eat at the ramen man. only 6 min drive from hotel 🤭

Very convenient for stay in short vocation, clean and tidy, friendly staff

I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, a couple of issues affected my overall experience. I had specifically requested a quiet room for a peaceful night's rest. While the staff did their best to accommodate the request, I could still hear some road noise during the night, which made it a little difficult to sleep soundly. Additionally, I encountered a maintenance issue—the toilet bowl in the room was stuck and could not be flushed properly. This was quite inconvenient, especially late at night. The staff were polite and the location is convenient, but I hope the management takes note of these concerns and works to improve the room conditions and soundproofing for future guests.

The hotel exterior looks ok but the room is dated. The room they gave me comes with a bathtub but is poorly maintained. Opposite is siam oriental massage where hotel guest get to enjoy 15% off.

One of dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. When I got to my hotel room the toilet door was locked. Had to contact reception to open my toilet door. The shower was dirty with hair from the previous guest and there was a used bottle of body shampoo from previous guest as well. Had my shower as it was already midnight then I found out there wasn’t a towel in the room. Thank God I still had a spare towel in my luggage. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel until they improve on their cleanliness. When I checked out I had informed the reception about this issues and all they said was I should make the complaint on the website .
