Giardino Bed & Breakfast

We only stayed one night but the hotel gave us a lasting impression of its beauty. Observations:- 1. The room was a 25 sq.m. superior double room that looked exactly like the photos in their website. They gave me the St Moritz Lake view which was unbelievably picturesque. 2. The breakfast area was beautiful. We got a round table for 4 next to a large window. Beautiful for pictures. The breakfast buffet selection was limited though. 3. The location of the hotel was only 11 minutes by bus to St Moritz-Bad. 4. We did not try the sauna which we should have on the first day, regrettably. It started to rain when we took a bus to St Moritz town. 5. Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. 6. There is a glass panel in between the room and the bathroom. That means the bathroom lights will shine into the room if they're switched on when someone needs to go to the bathroom at night. 7. Taps are completely safe for drinking. 8. There's no air-conditioner so we had to semi-open the balcony door to allow fresh cool air. 9. The lifts do not exactly correspond with the room floors. If you're carrying luggages it would mean you have to carry them over half a floor. 10. Reception was very helpful. They provided bus schedules and directions. 11. They provide excellent quality room sandals and toiletries. We would love to come back again for a longer stay in the future.

We arrived on the Glacier Express and left the next day on the Bernina Express. So we were not even at the hotel for 24 hours. The hotel is not in St Moritz and so you have to take an expensive taxi ride to get from St Moritz and back into St Moritz or you can take the bus, but when you have luggage that just adds more complications. I found the hotel room to be nice, the bed comfortable. I wish it would have had a more comfortable chair to sit in, but since I was not there long enough I really cannot complain about this. We traveled to St Moritz the last part of August, which apparently is off season for St Moritz and the hotel, so the restaurants were closed, well actually everything was closed. I wish I could give this hotel a better review, but with it not being in St Moritz and not having any amenities available for us, I would not recommend this hotel off season.

Struttura molto curata, ben arredata e moderna. All’interno sono presenti oltre a diversi ristoranti e lounge, anche boutique e zona spa molto ampia e attrezzata. Camere spaziose e personale molto attento e preciso in tutte le richieste. Posizione ottima poco prima di St.Moritz. Un ringraziamento particolare al Resident Manager della struttura, signor Cristofaro Bruna, molto cordiale e disponibile. Davvero ottima esperienza.

Super Hotel auch der Ansatz im Sommer ein B&B daraus zu machen faden wir eine gute Idee. Was etwas ein Nachteil war, ist der Faktor, dass in der direkten Nachbarschaft kein Restaurant war. Nur ein sehr hoch dekoriertes Restaurant war geöffnet. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Restaurant mit hohen Bewertung und ebensolchem Preis. Nun zum Hotel es war sehr sauber und Preisleistung extrem gut. Auch, dass man Haustiere mitbringen darf fanden wir hervorragend. Kommen wieder war für uns sehr stimmig. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und großzügig.
