This is a very nice hotel with great views of the ocean. The beach is beautiful. There is a casino on the property, and I guess that’s why there’s so much security. They checked my husband with the wand every time he entered and left. No pictures in the lobby and other rules. We stayed during Chinese New Year and there were a lot of kids. We could hear running and yelling beginning at 7am upstairs. It was a bit better after contacting the front desk, but definitely a nuisance. Breakfast was good, but come early because it gets crowded.

Very disappointing experience. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night in transit to the islands, so we did not have very high expectations as the stay was only intended as a stopover. But still those expectations were not met. For example, the hotel does not offer typical services such as arranging transportation, serving anything more than soft drinks and beer or proactively providing information on things like the operating hours of the restaurant. We arrived and checked in around 2pm then went to the restaurant for lunch and found it was closed. This was a terrible experience for the price of the hotel. Think of it just as a place to sleep - but better yet, stay away.

It's only good for smokers, if you're not a smoking person don't spend your time in this hotel, the room smells bad even the mattress pillows all smells cigarettes.

Booked twin sea view but it was side sea view with the view at the wall, front rooms. Gym is small, no water there. The staff is not trying to solve your problems. Only with the help of trip.com my problem was solved. Employees/workers are living in the hotel. Hotel is new but management is week. Breakfast was great, very big choice of food.

The location is excellent.. and the customer service is very excellent.. but the room’s bathroom has a rating of zero.. the force of the water jet is very weak and there is no hot water.

Facilities are average, but the location of the hotel is excellent. The sky bar is beautiful and the restaurant on the first floor isn't bad either. The price/performance ratio is very good, I recommend it
