Be mindful what you pay for... False advertising... First impression - very dingy and rundown. Upon entering the room I was hit by a strong musty smell. I'd supposedly booked a standard double room on the 3rd floor with balcony, TV, refrigerator and bath. The room I was given was on the 1st/2nd floor and did not have either. I tried to change rooms but the staff member didn't know about Trip's ad claiming to have all these amenities, and he called his boss. Apparently all the rooms are like this and I was told to make a complaint with Trip.com, effectively washing their hands of the false advertising.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The bed sheets had bloodstains, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely dirty, rendering it unusable for showering or basic hygiene. Additionally, the surrounding environment felt creepy, which added to my discomfort. To make matters worse, the hotel showed no accountability for these issues, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its severe lack of cleanliness and poor service.

It is my worst experience to stay at this very very bad accommodation and environment. The rooms are very bad and unclean with cockroaches. This place should terminate on trip.com.

Really frustrating. this is my first time to experience the place like this. it's like we stay in container. the place look so dirty, messy, scary, and in construction. i would not recommend this place. if you go to SHV, please choose other place to stay. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The big minus is that there is almost no internet in the room. And a very hard bed. The room looks nice, the manager at the reception is nice. I recommend booking for the weekend 2 months in advance, because everything is booked - locals come

Overall, our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room had all the necessary amenities. It was clean and quiet, making for a comfortable night's rest. While the room was simple, it was well-maintained and met our needs. Convenient location near restaurants and shops. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others looking for a budget-friendly option near the beach. Great value for the price.

I will not recommend this hotel. The room is not clean and there are cockroaches everywhere. Also the light is soo dim especially in the toilet. The bed is so hard so you cannot sleep well, in the morning when you wake up you will have back pain. Lastly, there is no signal inside the room so there is no use of using cellphone because you cannot run you data. There is also no WIFI!
