Very friendly staff, good food, nice ambience, very peacefull with beautiful pool and beach with beautiful stretch of sand, seashells. And of course they also have STUNNING sunset. Definitely will comeback !! We are visit lombok for the first time during xmas season. So we really excited to meet Santa Claus in Lombok and Yes, they make it real !! Thanks to all staff 🥰

This hotel truly knows how to create memorable experiences. The concierge team, like Wija and Advant, are like walking encyclopedias, always recommending fantastic and delicious local foods. Before they could even ask me, "Where are you going today, sir?" I was already asking them where to find fish satay! LOL. The rooms are spacious and clean, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team—Bayu, Rahmat, and Wahyu. I was especially happy to see Wahyu here at The Sira Hotel; he had prepared my room a few months ago at Sheraton Belitung. He’s excellent at creating towel art and keeping the room spotless. A big thank you to the team for the extra water, bath salts, and coffee—I noticed that! I really appreciate how attentive you all are to the little details. I also appreciate the efficiency and dedication of Duty Manager Juliantu (apologies if I got your name wrong!). He closely followed up on my room’s AC issue, and Jecky fine-tuned some hotel services for me, making my stay even better. What amazing managers they are! The absolute highlight of my stay was the morning breakfast prepared by Chef Kay and her team. With the open kitchen, I loved watching how passionate the chefs were while preparing each dish. The à la carte breakfast menu paired with the semi-buffet options was fantastic. The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and beautifully plated. The Ayam Taliwang on the lunch and dinner menu was absolutely mouthwatering—I even took some to-go when I checked out! It was still delicious after reheating in the oven back home. Chef Kay even shared the spices used in the recipe. Thank you, Chef Kay! The dining experience at The Island Table was made even more special by the friendly, sincere, and attentive staff, including Theresia, Fariz, Nia, Trisila, and Gama. Gama shared insights about Saxon culture, Lombok coffee, and tea, helping me learn more about Lombok. Nia went the extra mile by preparing towels and tissues before I even asked. Their service was fantastic! Lastly, I want to thank the entire staff—from top to bottom—for making my stay unforgettable. I shall return ASAP!

Tip top service ! Had a private dining set up at medsa restaurant for our wedding anniversary. Picture perfect view of sunset looking at gunung agung infront of our table. Very friendly and helpfull Staff welcoming us from lobby front to our table. High recomended !
