I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my current stay at Palm Bay Club, unit 363 Check-in Date, 03/08/2025. The property was misrepresented in the listing, and the actual conditions were unacceptable and unsanitary. Upon arrival, I found the property to be in an extremely poor state, including but not limited to the following: The property was filthy, with dirty walls and an overall lack of cleanliness. The towels and bedding were dirty and unhygienic. The beds were uncomfortable and not as described. There was no designated parking spot despite the listing stating otherwise. There are no grills despite the listing stating otherwise. The ice maker is broken. We were not provided with a parking tag. These conditions were not only disappointing but also unacceptable for a rental property. Given the significant misrepresentation and failure to meet basic hygiene and comfort standards, I kindly requested a full refund.
