Additionally, we would like to highlight our pool amenities for your enjoyment: The pool is heated from November 1st to April 1st, to a comfortable 85 degrees, providing a delightful experience during the cooler months. Canal Access, Private dock, Heated Private Pool, Fire Pit, 4 Kayaks (2 single, 2 tandem) Adult/3 kid bikes, 2 Car Garage, Detached Air Conditioned Office, Additional Parking for up to 4 vehicles and 30 foot boat trailer or rv. Getting around Stay on the key and save yourself the headaches of traffic, bridge crossing, and parking. Walk, ride our bike, or rent a golf cart and enjoy island vacation mode your entire stay. No car needed but you are welcome to park four cars in the driveway during your stay. WALKING-To reach the beach and town, just start walking west down Avenida de Mayo. The town is only .04 mile. Beach access points 2-8 are all less than .08 mile. TROLLEY- The Siesta Key trolly picks up at the end of our street in front of Morton's Market. The Siesta Key Breeze Trolley is free for all riders. Additionally, it operates seven days a week making getting around convenient. The Trolley route follows Ocean Boulevard to Beach Road and down Midnight Pass Road. Trolley hours: Daily 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Download the Trolley app. BICYCLES-We provide a family set of bicycles during your stay. Please use the bike locks provided when leaving the bikes unattended in town or at the beach. AIRPORT-There are several ride share options for easy access to nearby airports.
