We were staying in what they call the 'Wow' collection, all I can say is wow, how they have got the nerve to call it that! The rooms look good in the photographs like all listings but up close they were shabby with chips out of furniture and wall covering coming loose (see pictures). It also had one of the hardest beds I have ever slept in! Also one of the smallest sinks I've seen in a hotel and nowhere to put your toothbrush etc., also a badly chipped tap. The swimming pool while looking great in their photographs was right next to an industrial unit and the paving and planters needed repair, see pictures. Very nice staff (although a little disorganised), the hotel seems to have to be struggling and in need of investment. We found this with other hotels in Cambodia, the effects of covid and the Chinese leaving during the pandemic has left places like Siem Reap almost empty. This had a positive effect for us in that the temples weren't crowded giving you better views and atmosphere. Overall not good value for money as we paid the same amount we would have for far superior hotels, we thought it was a boutique hotel but really it was just small!

A room with a kitchen and a fridge! Quiet nice if you like cooking while traveling! :))

slightly dated hotel, the age shows in the room but staff were amazing. immediately offered me a drink upon arrival.

The room was a good size. Pool was clean. Room was cleaned everyday. Very pro-active by leaving a shoe mat for you to take your shoes off as it is rainy season. Good location. Pool was great! It wasn’t too far from Pub Street and you don’t want to be too close to there. It’s very quiet

I stayed at the Sanctuary Residence on a business trip to attend a conference that was being held at their property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered a good variety of food. The room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the rest areas on the property, which included an adult swing. This is a wonderful boutique hotel in Siem Reap, Cambodia.

The staff is very attentive and the service is great. We had breakfast at the hotel and the food was delicious. The pool is clean and nice. We also got bathrobes and towels for the pool at the hotel. Because of the hot weather the water in the pool was comfortably warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We got all the hygienic essentials in the rooms. At the checkout we even got a farewell gift.

Tucked away in a quiet lane way in Siem Reap lies the Sanctuary Residence Hotel. Close to main road into Siem Reap but far enough to maintain a quiet ambience. Great room with all mod cons, king double bed etc. Outdoor pool kept clean but warm water due to climate at this time. Bar offers happy hour after 4pm daily only on cocktails...😢...Tuk tuks base out front for transport to anywhere and everywhere. Staff understand if you speak clearly and slowly, as most only have English as second language....

Very friendly staff and very helpful, the room is very clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, has a lovely pool that is well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay and very well recommend to all travellers. You could also order food from the menu there, has a breakfast and lunch menu. Nonetheless the food are tasty

We held a 10-day conference for 40 people and found these facilities to be absolutely excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. Food was excellent. The meeting room is one of the nicest larger meeting rooms in Siem Reap and is reasonably priced for a package deal which includes the large meeting room, lunch, and two snacks. I highly recommend this hotel for your conference or vacation needs.

Stayed at The Sanctuary Residence Hotel for 14 days whilst attending a training seminar that was held there. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. The room was well provided for, large and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxing with areas to chill and a particularly lovely pool that was well maintained. We had full board and were fed really well with local foods. The conference facilities were very good with a large meeting room comfortably fitting over 50 people for workshops. We also used other smaller rooms. We have provisionally re booked the hotel for a future event. Final the location worked really well for us to be able to explore the town. Thank you to all the staff at The Sanctuary Residence Hotel.

Stayed here for two nights and was treated to a lovely experience, the staff were very attentive to all our needs. Enjoyed the refurbished pool area after hot days touring the temples. The location is nice and quiet and a short ride to pub street.

the hotel was very clean and the staff were very attentive whenever we came back there was always a cold towel and cold water for us t the pool was under repair getting ready for the high season so will be fixed soon
