Fantastic hotel, everything is great! Location is closed to center, in a quiet small lane. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, room is super big with balcony. The breakfast was excellent, a lots choices. Highly recommended.

The room was big and beautiful! The balcony has a view of the swimming pool. The water heater can't heat the shower enough though. There are also nearby restaurants where you can just walk for 5 to 10mins but we usually just book a tuktuk on grab and there is not much of a wait too. They give you a welcome drink and a cold towel which is really great since we arrived at noon. They can arrange a tuktuk tour for temple hopping and it only costs us 27 USD for the sunrise and temple tour. The tour can be settled on checkout and can be paid by card. If you want to roam around the city, they provide bicycles which are free to use for 2hrs, and can be rented for the whole day for I think just 3 USD. You can also rent a motorcycle. We did not have breakfast for our booking but it's just 5 USD per person if it's not purchased with your booking. Overall, it is a pleasant stay!

Everything was perfect! Some facilities look a bit worn out but that’s still function perfectly. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location and reasonable price.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! I can confidently say that the staff's hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. The hotel was impeccably clean, the swimming pool was fantastic, and the restaurant's blues music added a lovely touch to our meals. The hotel's location in a peaceful area yet close to the city center was perfect for us. I must express my gratitude to Channih Thav (Janny), the Front Office Manager, who was always available to help us and arranged daily trips for us. Janny was incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel like family. Without a doubt, this hotel will be our first choice when we return to Siem Reap.

我們在暹粒旅遊期間入住了巔峯精英酒店。我會向所有人推薦這家美麗、熱情、經濟實惠的酒店。酒店處於市中心，周圍有早餐店、飯店、葯店、市場，距離酒吧街也很近，可以步行前往。酒店房間非常寬敞，有一個周邊佈滿了綠植的小陽台。酒店的早餐設定在一個美麗的小餐廳裏，每天早上一邊看着旁邊游泳池裡的人們一邊迎着陽光吃早餐，都會感到非常放鬆。如果需要遊覽吳哥窟，可以聯繫酒店預訂汽車或突突車，這裏包車的價格很合理，令人驚喜的是，司機會非常貼心地在每一段路程都送上冰水和冰毛巾，大大緩解了我們旅途的疲勞。不僅僅是司機，我們在這間酒店感受到了每一位職員最温暖的服務。這裏的服務是這間酒店最大的亮點，每一位職員都非常熱情和專業，會對每一位客人報以微笑，讓人感到賓至如歸。可以説，這家酒店點亮了我們的吳哥窟之旅，讓我們在柬埔寨感受到了當地人的友好與熱情。

當初為了定這家酒店放棄了私家團選擇了自由行，現在覺得真的非常明智。酒店非常舒服，還很安靜，位置距離酒吧街和中心區步行也就10分鐘左右。餐廳很好，早餐種類多口味也不錯，畢竟我們還在酒店吃了三四天的晚餐。工作人員禮貌熱情，房間每天打掃的也很乾凈，是非常適合家庭或者朋友一起出行的酒店。

第一次去柬埔寨就住到性價比超高的酒店，太讚了👍🏻！不僅房間很大，酒店早餐也很美味，最愛的就是搭配蜂蜜的冰咖啡，一個字：爽！酒店的工作人員都很禮貌，儘管我的英語不好，但在微笑的比比劃劃中也能溝通。酒店的泳池雖然不大，但卻很別緻，而且當你在30度高温天氣下拖着疲憊的身體回到酒店，滑入清涼的水中，再呡一口冰爽的果汁，簡直太板扎啦！

房間很好，特別乾淨，前台服務非常好，特別是有一個會中文的小帥哥，非常有耐心，幫我們買車票，聯繫車，回答我們的各種問題。而且一直都是面帶微笑，很有親和力！給這個小帥哥點贊，給這個酒店點贊，第一次到柬埔寨，住宿一點沒踩坑！

朝食はいろいろなメニューから選ぶことができ、連泊でも飽きることはなかったです。いろいろな要望に応えてくれる対応に感謝しています。場所は街中に行くにも便利なところで、周りは静かなので、夜ゆっくり休むことができました。

スタッフの対応良く、ストレスなく過ごせました。
