We had an amazing time at Le Vert during our 3-day stay in Siem Reap. Not only were the basics (cleanliness, amenities, facilities, etc.) in order and up to par for a 4-star hotel, we felt especially welcome by the staff and especially the hotel manager, Simon, who organized our free tuk tuk pickup on arrival day and remained available over WhatsApp throughout our stay. They were also very helpful in organizing our day trips to Angkor Wat, at a price which was similar to what we could find on the street. Especially with the well-maintained rooftop pool, the value for money is hard to beat in Siem Reap! The only negative we can mention is the wifi on the 4th floor which was essentially unusable. We had mobile data so it was fine for us, but this could be very frustrating for those who don't.

The staff here were so amazing. They organised everything for us! We could not speak more highly of them. The accommodation was lovely, we booked two rooms as we had a family of 4. Both rooms were great. The roof top pool was so nice, great place to watch the sunset! The location was excellent, walking distance to downtown but far enough away so the noise did not disturb us. 100% recommend as a place to stay for families.

We stayed here 4 nights and the service is remarkable. You could really see they love their job and having you as a guest. They received us with refreshments and even in a sunrise tour they offered us a boxing lunch ready at 4 AM. They also offered advices and were willing to help us with our activities’ booking.

It was a cozy stay thanks to the kind hotel staff (Mally, Bunthan, Nisa). All the staff always smiled when they were out and asked where they had been when they returned to the hotel. Also, with the motorbike key in, I couldn't find it, but the hotel front contacted me and found the key. They are really kind staff. Thank you.

The hotel located near the pub street, and the room is clean, bright, quiet. The vibe at rooftop bar is stunning, you can also enjoy the sunset there.

Very beautiful hotel with very friendly and supportive staff. Good breakfast, nice rooftop bar and pool with a great few. The hotel is very clean with a nice atmosphere. The location is fantastic, you have a lot of nice restaurants and bars, including Pub Street in walking distance.

Staff couldn't have been better, amazing service from checkin to checkout. Housekeeping also epic. Lovely pool but pool bar a little understocked. Room was great, bed was so so comfortable, spacious. Great location near pub street but far enough not to have the noise too late.

I think the chef here is extremely good!

The tiny rooftop swimming pool with a bar was very nice. Breakfast and food were good and served at a good price. Staff there were polite and helpful. However, bedsheets and pillow covers had some stain marks and were a bit smelly. It's also suggested to add some hooks or anything in the bathroom for holding clothes for showers.
