Sun City Apartments & Hotel

Unfortunately the only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the food is very good, so far the best all inclusive buffet I got on holidays (I travel almost every year in all inclusive basis). It is not a hotel to go for a peaceful holidays, there is loud music all day long and an entertained shouting from time to time. The swimming pools are small and overcrowded, almost impossible to get a sunbed unless you sleep there the whole night, at 7am all of them are taken and not, no one will take the towels away at any point even when they said that it wasn't allowed to reserve the sunbed. I personally saw how a sunbed next to me with a towel on it was unused until 12.30 (I sat there at 9). The sunbeds are very close to the pool (because there is not space) so you will get your towel/phone/book... wet every time a child (or adult) jumps in the water or decides to play a water game, also you will need to walk carefully so you don't fall in the pool when trying to get to your sunbed jumping from sunbed to sunbed (there was only one lucky morning we got sunbeds at the kids pool, the rest of the days we got a sunbed after 5pm when some people leave) Despite they said food or glass isn't allowed in the pool there is plenty of people eating or with a glass in the pool (the floor wasn't only flooded but dirty with food as well). The restaurant is overcrowded as well because it's small. The all inclusive bar has a long queue due to one person only serving. The only air conditioning is on the room, not in the restaurant or the lobby. Food is good, but every day same. Shows are until 11-11.30pm or so in the pool so forget about an early sleep if you are tired. Rooms aren't cleaned, just hoovered. Everything is for a fee (safe, extra towels, Wifi...) Juices and coffees aren't 24h only from 10 to 22 (like all inclusive bar). And the Wifi works really bad. For sure it was a bad choice for me, I wasn't happy at all with this hotel :(

The hotel is brilliant all round! The hotel staff are great and really helpful! Malik (part of the entertainment staff) and all the others were amazing with us during the start, brilliant with the kids and our little girl called him her best friend! Great holiday all round!

The hotel is a bit out the way of everything.rooms for a family of four never have enough towels no chairs for us all to enjoy time on the balcony. All inclusive is poor drinks and food not the best. All the staff are lovely and pleasant one hour of entertainment on an evening with drinks finishing at 10pm. Have the option of cocktails at extra price.Overall okay for the price.

3rd year with sun city and yet again i cannot fault it, the staff are now great friends and feel like family, i have never gone all inc but i have never felt lesser than any of those who go all inc, ive seen reviews in the past where people have stated they have a poorer stay when self catering but i can 100% disagree on this and the bar staff, firat/freddy (makes our stay each and every year), ibrahim, umit go above and beyond and the alacarte menu is unbelievable, highly recommend the cheese burger! entertainment is missing a beautiful face this year but firat is doing an amazing job as usual all on his own, quiz’s, bingo, darts, dancing, competitions, pellet shooting and kids disco, kids club also runs twice a day 10-12:30 and 2-4. firat is a delight and makes time for every person staying unfortunately not many pictures as majority of the time it was raining but that’s of no fault of the hotel, just spring starting with a lovely shower or two…or 10 hahaha. this year i got my hair cut, washed and styled by the lovely selman who takes great care, myself and my cousin also won a free test massage with him on the bingo and oh my god, go get one! i felt like a new person! he also runs the salon and wellness spa with his brother hasan. the pictures up on trip adviser are outdated, this hotel has since been renovated and is much more modern and is currently going through even more renovations. the rooms are good for self catering and you can make any stove top foods. your children and family are in safe hands with sun city and their staff. we will be back soon!

We had high hopes for our holiday, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The photos presented a different reality, and we were disappointed to find that Love Holidays misled us about the ratings and claimed that WiFi and entertainment were included, which turned out not to be true. Despite being told it was an all-inclusive package, it felt more like self-catering as the food was quite bland, and the overall service was lacking. The state of our apartment was upsetting; the bedding appeared unclean, and it seemed like the cleaners were only emptying the bins without addressing our concerns. I reached out several times to request clean bedding but unfortunately did not receive a response. Additionally, we encountered some unsettling situations, such as one of our friends feeling uncomfortable due to a photographer's inappropriate behavior. There were also several accidents, including injuries from the sides of the pool and a concerning incident where a child was cut by glass in one of the baby pools. I am friends with the family that this happened too and they can confirm it!!! It was alarming to see that the hotel did not take responsibility for these incidents. My friend’s sister even suffered from food poisoning, which made our dining experiences troubling. As a result, we often found ourselves having to seek meals outside of the hotel. Overall, this trip was not what we anticipated, and we wish things could have been different for everyone involved.

Sultan!! She is so lovely so approachable by far the best entertainer we have ever had! Such a lovely woman! Makes me smile every time!! Lots of love to Firat too!!
