Side Town Hotel by Z Hotels

There is very little space on the beach. The hotel is very small. There is no hot water in the rooms to wash. There is a lot of smoking in the restaurant.Noisy rooms facing the road. I do not recommend this hotel.The food is ordinary. The wine is not tasty. There is little space outside to eat.

Ok, so good things first the hotel is in very good location close to sea front 5 mins walk and actually has allocated free to use sun beds on the beach I would say this is not a hotel for English people.. mostly Russian and German people there, food is mostly European or Turkish When you book all-inclusive, not all drinks are included, any tukish alcohol and all soft drinks until 23:00 are free anything importanted, eg, whisky, english beer you need to pay anytime, The staff are nice and friendly and try there best, but I would say this is 2 start at very max

The hotel is good value for money. Location is excellent being a 5 minute walk to the beach and 30 minute walk to the old town. Staff don’t speak much English but it wasn’t a problem for us. We got by. All Inclusive is good value and although the food and drinks aren’t going to win awards, it was fresh and tasty. Meats in a sauce, rice, pasta, roast potatoes on most days with an abundance of salads. Room was perfectly fine, cleaned daily. Pool area was clean and although sunbeds largely taken by breakfast time, we did manage to find two together most days. The hotel has its own area on the beach with a few dozen sunbeds which are tightly packed together but does the job. Side itself is beautiful and although the boardwalk has many restaurants touting for your business, I think this happens in most places nowadays. All in all no complaints and a pleasant stay.

Where do I start!!!! Reception staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. I had read the reviews about the economy rooms so asked to upgrade once I got there as I was not given the choice to do this with LOVE HOLIDAYS! Said the hotel was full but could come back next day and ask, we did this religiously for 4 days before I gave them my bank card and told them to change our room that day!! They fobbed us off for 4 days for the sake of 72 Euros!!! Kept us in a box room with one small window and no balcony, you have absolutely no access to a view or fresh air, which we called the 'dungeon', you wouldn't allow an animal to stay there let alone a human!!! Upon meeting other British tourists we found out that they were also given the 'dungeon' rooms and giving the standard rooms to, yes you've guessed, the Germans and Russians!! Who walked around the hotel like they owned the place, with grumpy faces and ate with plates filled up at every meal and even queued up waiting on the restaurant to open!! The reception staff do not speak English (or so they say); their manners with British people are disgusting to say the least, they wave their hands at you to stop talking and then turn away from you, resolving nothing! The 3 staff members, one of them Abdullah, I think and a woman and another man who should not be on reception as they let this hotel down badly with their attitudes towards guests and don't care either if the guest decides to leave, in fact, they encourage you to do just that!!! Once we moved we were able to unpack our cases and start to enjoy our holiday. The Lobby and pool staff were very nice as was the restaurant staff. The pool area was lovely (the old man who worked tirelessly cleaning the pool area deserves a mention) and the food and drinks no complaints, we even started a trend with vodka slushes, yummy! The Spa was well worth the price of 30 Euros p/h full body massage! Unfortunately we won't return to this hotel and LOVE HOLIDAYS should NOT send British tourists to this hotel either!!!

Room not ready for us on arrival at 0200. Reception staff unhelpful and rude. Very few Staff speak English. Free Bar very limited. Restaurant was buffet type but was of a decent standard. Waiting and Bar staff excellent, couldn't' do enough for my disabled wife. Cleaning staff friendly and seemed to clean to a decent standard. Room was adequate, although two single beds no double, had to push together. Air con unit was noisy and squealed if left on for long periods. Pool was clean, very little in way of hotel organised entertainment. Hotel has a disco on some nights 1130 to 0200, Despite this we enjoyed our stay, finding facilities were good and Spa excellent. If Thinking of this hotel a few points to consider- If English there is a distinct language barrier, don't expect any English food. The hotel seemed to be geared toward Eastern European and Germans. (TV was all in German in room). Disco was mostly Turkish and German techno and drinks in disco not included in all-inclusive.

Staff very unfriendly and not helpful. Sun beds by the pool all taken by 7am. Sun bed on beach, very old and dirty, also packed in like sardines. Only 2 small lifts, not adequate for size of hotel. Food not great, not much range of fruit. Advertised as having tea and coffee facilities in room, only water, also advertised as having entertainment only 1 show while I was there. Definitely not a hotel for English
