Cinar Family Suite Hotel

This hotel is extremely run down and I feel so disappointed this is my sons first experience abroad. The food is disappointing, if you have fussy children you would be in trouble. No entertainment and no life guards. Staff are very rude if you ask for anything. Hotel room is okay but when we got here no bed for the child, so they just pulled a sofa out. The room and toilet smells really bad, also no air conditioning in the bedroom only the sitting area. I hate to leave bad reviews but it’s the worst place I have ever stayed

The hotel was dirty, there were kittens allowed on the dining room tables, the bar closed the day before we left and we were told to go out for a drink. We were surprised that there was no fruit with the breakfast, very limited choices and yogurt that was clearly past its use by date. No choice of bread, no pastries, just salad and spiced olives. Would never recommend this hotel. The pool flumes were off and the music by the main pool was too loud and not relaxing. Altogether a bad experience.

This hotel is pure chaos on arrival someone had been stealing drinks at a local bar and arguing in the lobby the family's leave the kids to run wild and destroy the place while they sit there oblivious sipping warm beer as the day progresses the. Adults slowly get louder and louder until paraletic drunk arguing with each other and the kids this place seems to attract ferrel family's never again would I go back here the young lads work very hard but look tired and drained which is no suprise after a day of serving the asbos then the food is strange chicken nuggets and chips for breakfast then a few trays of slop for dinner there's no labels on anything so you don't know what your eating we spent a fortune on food and wish we just had self catering which is what happened overall this place is the pits and I feel for anyone that has any kind of self respect and has booked this hell hole if council estate brawls are your thing your onto a winner anyway I'll leave it there thank god we are home

Don't go it is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Food terrible had to eat out. dirty hotel. filthy table cloths. Miserable staff heads in phones all the time.. No entertainment. No life guard. Cat poo in kids sand pit been there all week. Broken swing plastic broken very dangerous. Bar closed at 10am. Drinks were terrible. Wine was like mould wine heated up. Water was out of the tap put into a bottle which was hot not refridguated. I could go on but to much. Basically it was disgusting.

Spent just over £3k Inc flights for 4 adults and one child on a last minute deal, was a bit apprehensive after reading a few bad reviews but have to say everything was absolutely fine Rooms are OK, pretty basic but they were clean and the shower was decent quality, no problem with the air con either Both pools are well sheltered from the sun and nice and chilled which is great (in my opinion at least) Food is pretty limited in terms of options but it was all pretty fresh and quite tasty All the staff were friendly and helpful, reported a couple small issues with one of our rooms which were resolved same day My only gripe would be there's no service (food or drink) after 10pm, loads of bars etc all within walking distance (crown bar across the road is good fun). Second gripe would be if your room is facing main road it can get pretty loud at night but as someone who's lived like that for years it wasn't an issue for our group. Something to bear in mind for light sleepers, small kids etc All in we very much enjoyed our time here, for what we paid it was more than satisfactory and would recommend anyone looking to come here on a budget then this is a good option.

Tragedy! Dirt, hunger and poverty. The worst hotel we have ever stayed in! The food was very poor . always the same, small selection, no snacks, no ice cream and only watermelon and melon. The tablecloths were dirty and stained, spread one on top of the other in three layers, and only dirt was swept from them. During our 10-day stay, they were never changed, nor were the towels. For breakfast, when there were pancakes, you had to stand in a queue and they were served straight from the tray, two tiny ones per person. there was a shortage of them and there was a limit for each dish and it was first come, first served. I strongly advise against it, if we didn't eat in the city, the children would go hungry.
