Sun Beach Park Hotel

The hotel restaurant is not designed for such a large number of people. Very few seats, very loud, very difficult to eat in a quiet atmosphere. Carts are constantly moving and rattling dishes. Mattresses are not brought to the sun loungers on the beach, as they do in the neighboring hotel Sun Beach Hill. Pizza has to be brought from the neighboring building to eat in a quiet atmosphere in the main restaurant. I do not recommend this hotel. You can find better and cheaper ones

Where to start really there’s no entertainment until 11:30 and the two days they did have it was a show of different dances and then the next day we were told they’re would be an 80s music night but only played German and Spanish music we have a 1yo daughter who loves music but she couldn’t even dance or enjoy it as she didn’t understand. Yes she loved the lights around the part of entertainment but that was it they also tried to charge my wife €4 to have an ice coffee but someone before us asked for an iced tea and got it free the food is meh apart from those twisty cheese things god I could load a plate full of them but other then that there isn’t much choice of food when we arrived we were shown to our room which is small just enough for us both to live around and enough for our daughter to run around while we get ready the balcony is so small that we had to put the table over the other side just to make room our shower head has so much limescale on it and the drain is blocked and floods the shower when we asked to get it sorted out the man came and told me there was nothing wrong I couldn’t understand what he was saying either so I just told him to leave we still have a couple of days here but if I’m being honest I’d give this a miss it’s not worth it

Beds are lumpy, they put the price of cocktails up all except the one of the day, very little English, food not that great. On the bright side staff helpful, cats all over the furniture,and in the restaurant when mentioning to the reception I was told that they were not there's but nabour

About as basic as you get for the money , no where near enough loungers so be prepared for lounger wars from 5am ! Room very small but clean , no shower gel only bar soap , shower cubical tiny , water topped up daily , cleaners are fab 👌 Breakfast , hope you like omelette the rest is veg Pic shows cat eating omelette ingredients, didn’t have breakfast this morning. Snack bar preferred choice, pasta , burgers, only had fries out once in 7 days ! Pool bar closes evening for the staff to head up to main restaurant so if your not eating evening meal you won’t be drinking here they expect you to sit at very warm humid lobby bar Cocktails extra €4-6 Entertainment 8:30-9:30 that’s your lot 😂 Overall we had a fab time made it our own I would stay here again as self catering it’s a great base point ,Local bars and restaurants are on point , hotel mainly caters for Germany and Russian Good location

Seriously stay away from this hotel! Came for a week with my mum after a hard year. Got here at 4am shown to a room basically in the dungeons. Absolutely tiny room A108. Couldn't walk round the bed unless you went sideways and the other person had to wait for you to pass. Tiny balcony,foreign TV and a mattress that hard you may aswell be sleeping on the path outside. Think jail cells are more adequate. Outside our room the cleaners had all their equipment parked and a sheet over so everytime we left the room you nearly walked into it. Total safety hazard. Air-conditioning was extremely noisy! Got moved room after 2 days much to the reception staffs dismay after we declined the offer of them changing the bed only 😂 Room C215 much more spacious, beds exactly the same, air-conditioning noisy and tv just the same. Not kept clean, bins not emptied baring in mind you aren't to put loo roll down the toilets here. Shower tray wasn't cleaned so I slipped on old shower gel in the shower and injured my ankle (to which the drs here demanded my insurance and told me cash only to be seen or to go to further expense and go to the pharmacy to buy something for it myself after the rep told me he would do it free of charge as we had ongoing complaints). Food was shocking- if your German your in luck but if your English may aswell starve. Stale cold slop for meals. Only thing we enjoyed was omelette on a morning. Who comes on a all inclusive and loses weight! Drinks only include vodka, plain gin, beer or soft drinks/water but can only have these 10am till 11pm. Breakfast finishes at 9.30 so not allowed a drink after that till 10. Staff also kicked off at people for getting more than one drink calling guests disgusting for doing so. Snack food is for a hour and a half, and ice cream hour is 15.30-16.30 but can't get ice cream any other time at all. Sun loungers- not enough AT ALL people were putting towels out at 2am. We put ours out at 8am one morning snd staff told a German couple just to move them which caused absolute hell on! Full of German guests who were all EXTREMELY rude as they had the first laugh here snd they knew they did. All entertainment and music catered to Germans. One thing I will say most of the staff are lovely. Few of the young server lads/ice cream man/omelette lady- these were lovely. Respectfull and happy. The bald reception guy- attitude was lifting. Cats everywhere with German guests putting them on the table and feeding them off plates. We know of 4 groups from our flights put in big complaints. Won't be staying at this hotel again which is a shame as location is grand and turkey as a whole we love it

Awful! Food was awful catered to Germans not english it was stale, stairs everywhere our mattress was broken, our sofa bed was broken our pool view was a brick wall. Staff were rude. Partner was covered in green fungas from the relax pool. Walking stairs to get to bar or waiting forever for lifts. Snacks are an ice cream or left over cake from lunch. Oh and dont get a slush i saw the barmaid empty her half drank one back into the machine. If u want cocktails youll have to pay for them, all inclusive drinks are a very limited choice. No entertainment except bingo and karaoke which no one turned up for. Would never go back.
