Alexis Pool Apartments

We stayed here in August 2025 and it was completely unsuitable. The room was filthy with visible mold, which triggered my partner’s asthma. The bathroom was unhygienic, with a constant damp smell. Beds were rock hard and caused back pain. Facilities advertised, such as TV and WiFi, simply did not exist. There were no staff on reception at any time, meaning there was nobody available to resolve issues. The overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance was unacceptable and made the stay stressful rather than relaxing. We were forced to move to another hotel at our own expense after 4 nights. This was the worst holiday accommodation we have ever experienced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Myself and my Sister stayed here last week , we had the best time. Between the ownerGladys bar staff George and David Caroline , the friendlies and kindness of these people, In general the people in Greece were so friendly The pool was beautiful, 5 minutes walk to the beach, Thanks again folks , Regards Margaret and Angela

First time in Sidari. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Picked perfect place for our first stay. Alexis pool apartments were great. Like a lot of holiday rooms a little dated, but comfortable and spotlessly clean. The maid was always happy and smiling and cleaned every day without fail. Seemed like we had fresh towels and bedding every day- fab service. The pool is lovely, the loungers are luxurious and plentiful. As for the pool bar, absolutely great. George who runs it is fantastic, really friendly so is Mairi, Mario’s and Renee. George ‘s cocktails are unbelievable. This is last day here and my wife and I are already on internet looking to book here next year. Love the place.

Worst place we've ever stayed in. Abandoned tatty reception.had to find someone from bar to help locate room as not wrote on self check-in list.supposed to be manned 10-2&7.45-8.45 didn't see anyone ever.we had room 201 supposed to be Superior 2 bed with lounge.nothing to sit on except rickety old chairs and old footstool.kitchen tatty.no microwave.knives .toaster had English plug.pedal bins didn't work &even toilet 1..no WiFi or t.v shower was hand held with plastic curtain that stuck.bathroom flooded.dangerous.was listed as pool or garden view.it was waste land used as coach/car park.expected sofa but had to use plastic chairs from balcony.horrible..beds rock hard .2nd room not made up properly had to ask for pillow's no wardrobe in 2nd room.lihhts hanging off walls.should not be sold until renovated.pool was nice as were pool beds.cleaning lady was nice & came every day.fighting a loosing battle. Lots of others had issues like broken doors &windows.. DON'T WASTE YOUR £ON THIS PLACE.it should not be sold as is ...do disappointed..owner was not interested in our views so we spent most of our time elsewhere

Arrived to a warm welcome off Māri then George took us too our rooms, 101 and 102, I booked a year ago I did request ground floor rooms as my toddler is a climber and the balcony situation worries me. Unfortunately I didn’t get ground floor after I was emailed back and told yes. The rooms both were big and clean. The shower was powerful, yes the bathroom floods every time you shower but same as most places in Corfu. My only issue was the balconies as the doors don’t lock I was on edge with them for the 12 days. The cleaner comes daily does the beds and bins etc she was nice and friendly. The pool area is nice too children enjoyed the pool and the bar meals are good priced and decent quality kids enjoyed eating there most days. My boys made friends with some regulars Martin and toni and Keith and their friends etc. Martin taught my son to swim. Was nice to meet them all very friendly bunch of regulars. Overall a lovely 12 days spent here. Our 5th time to sidari and won’t be our last. I’d deffo return to Alexis pool. The little children who live next door are also lovely little boys who befriended my son. Will miss them. So thank you to George and Mairi for a lovely holiday

What can I say amazing hotel, Mary, George and Marios are excellent owners, all the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for any of them, we was in the one bedroom apartments, our cleaner was a lovely women, rooms cleaned daily to a high standard, if I was in my room at the time of cleaning she would always say be careful don't slip she even fetched me my sliders while I was out on balcony. Food was excellent and cooked to perfection by a young girl who was my cleaners daughter. Entertainment twice a week by Hannah Mario's is wife. With having a disability I was looking for somewhere I can go and enjoy myself this is definitely the place for me and I will be returning next year. Rooms basic cooking facilities but with food being served till 5pm and all restaurants close by this was not an not an issue for me at all. All in all this place deserves 5 stars for the friendliness and help of all staff, pool fantastic, more than enough sun longer, excellent food and reasonably priced food and drinks. Can't wait to return
