Very happy with the motel in terms of location and room. Right next to motorway but still quiet enough for a good nights sleep, also felt very safe. There was no staff on site and the restaurant was closed, we did receive an email with self check in instructions that morning which we had not checked upon arrival, phone call with hotel was very difficult as call handler had very little English. Instructions on email clear, however the key pad did not work greatly and it took us multiple attempts to open the door. Not great situation when no staff on site and person on phone does not speak English.
