The hotel is located with a beautiful view of the Dead Sea from the east, in a very quiet area, you are faced on the opposite side with the mountains of Palestine, the hotel services are excellent, and it has staff who speak different languages and are from different countries, the breakfast is a good Middle Eastern breakfast with seating overlooking the sea. Dinner with evening parties in more than one option such as the Lebanese restaurant and special seating overlooking the pools and the sea, popular national songs and English songs presented by a team of girls with shots of oriental dancing, but the most beautiful thing in the morning after breakfast is going down to the sea and swimming,

The room was nice, there were many pools that I can enjoy. Easy to walk to dead sea and enjoy. Staffs at the pool area were very nice and helpful. The breakfast were varieties but some of food was not fresh, burnt omlet. I could not eat many of them even though I am easy to eat person. Around the hotel there only 1 mall nearby with no transportation or facilities from the hotel except walking. It was not too far but the weather is very hot and the only way to go there is to walk around the hotel. So basically we can only eat in the hotel, there’s not many choices.

A problem occurred when the hotel arrived. The reservation was different from the trip.com . We booked meals for children. The hotel says there are no meals for children, but the hotel gave us meals without paying money because it says the reservation is how it came from the trip

Nice hotel. Based on other reviews a bit sceptical but overall nice hotel. Location and facilities are great. Hotel itself is also luxury but can use some maintenance (small things but for a 5 star resort you would expect it to be perfect).

Good location but services was very slow , shower was horrible , low pressure , hot and cold every minute. Towels are super old ( motel towel will be nicer ). Only good about Dead Sea location.

The mud service was great for my husband but not available to women. It also wasn’t clear that it was free. The room was changed after one night we complained because we paid for a sea view and only got a partial sea view.

We had great stay!! Hilton Dead Sea has their own private beach so it was very convenient to access Dead Sea, doing mud spa there. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable. We ordered food from room service, turn out to be quite excellent. Infinite pool has gorgeous view of Dead Sea, I love that they have separate pool for kids and family.

the check in process is not clear instructed or at same level as the one in Amman, which cause us some confusion on both parking and luggage delivery to the room. however the buffet breakfast and dinner are good offered at quality and quantity. dead sea floating at hotel's area is good experienced in early morning due to less crowd poeple as well as the sea waves. shower in the room is ok. sea view at our room s terrace is satisfied. you may also enjoy quite good sea view at lobby. the main swimming pool is quite popular during the day.
