Hotel Majestic

I booked this hotel but after reading more reviews I could not believe that after paying a reasonable amount per night there would be an extra 10 euros per person charge to sit around the pool . I contacted the Hotel and they confirmed that was their policy ! Well we have a choice so I cancelled and booked elsewhere!

This place has a bad reputation for NO REASON- I came over from London with my mum and sisters, we had a great time :) The staff were all lovely and helpful, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean! Big shout out to the reception and bar staff in the restaurant who couldn't do enough for us! The breakfast was basic but I've travelled up and down Albania to find the same thing at all of the hotels that I've stayed at, no matter the stars ✨️ The hotel led directly to the beach which we had all to ourselves due to the season just ending. The beach has shops, restaurants and bars for miles, lots to explore. Definitely check out the boulevard, there are some wonderful restaurants with a sea view to end your evening ♡ I think you need to enter this country with an open mind- they are still in development so be kind and respectful and you will get the same in return. The only thing that I was a little upset by is the fact that we couldn't use the sun loungers - they were put away again due to the end of season. Apart from that, everything was great and we will return at some point!! Thank you to everyone at Majestic for looking after us.

Terrible customer service. You are not allowed in the restaurant if you are coming from the beach (even if your swimmer is dry), you pay 10E for a pool to sit on a chair in the sun cause there is not enough sunbeds. Pancakes for breakfast are tasteless frisbees. They will find ways to get some money from you at the checkout. Only good thing about this hotel is the exit.
