The hotel is a little bit aged but very clean. Interior is just old Japanese style. With connection bridge to the JR station, it locates at a very convenient spot. What’s worth mentioning, the window next to the elevator is pointing towards the direction of Mount Fuji. The sunset that day was beautiful.

The hotel is an old fashioned institution with every necessary functions for business trip. The room is super tidy and spacious. What is more, for tourist who come to the beautiful city of Shizuoka, the hotel is just a few steps away from the JR station, plus an absolutely beautiful landscape of Mt Fuij when weather is nice.

Good location and comfortable large bed

I should've taken a couple of days for this city. The hotel is amazing and it lies very convenient to the station.

Hotel located conveniently 1 min walk from Shizuoka station. Room is much bigger than standard Japanese hotel so it's a great point. Lobby gives us a high class feel. However, one only down point is there are no laundry at the hotel so for people who stay long it might be a point to turn it down. Other than that, the rest are perfect.

Excellent location - right next to shizuoka station and walkable distance to many areas. The staff is nice. The room is spacious and clean.

Very quiet location but near the station with eateries and shops around. Near to the castle park, beautiful cherry blossom. Hotel provides clean pyjamas, clean the room everyday even provide skin care.

The hotel is very good with a nice view of the Fuji mountain every time I take the lift I can see the mountain. I really recommend you to stay at this hotel when you go to Shizuoka  the transportation is also excellent is close to the bus stop and also the subway

3 minutes walk to JR station. Hotel room was larger than most of Japanese hotels'.

Hotel a bit dated but location excellent. View of Mt. Fuji from hotel was breath taking

Location is good, very near to the station. The room is big and comfortable, very good windows view, the amenities are good as they provide Pola skin care. Overall I am satisfied with the guest room.
