酒店環境很好，設施齊全，床品用具都很乾凈，早餐也很好吃，位置也很棒，就在又見平遙的劇場旁邊，走個幾分鐘就能到古城的上西門，又近又方便。在攜程上定的特惠雙床沒有窗户，前台小姐姐還免費幫忙升級成了帶窗的房間，酒店人員的服務態度也真的特別好，下次還會來住~

這個酒店房間超讚！一進門就感覺乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，躺上去一天的疲憊都消散了。衞生間乾濕分離，設施齊全且嶄新。房間採光好，視野佳。佈置温馨雅緻，細節之處盡顯用心。隔音效果也不錯，在這裡能享受安靜的休息時光。

從踏入這家位於十堰市中心的酒店開始，就感受到了無微不至的關懷。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住手續高效快捷，還耐心地解答了我對周邊環境的疑問。在住宿期間，遇到任何問題，衹要一個電話，服務人員總是能在第一時間趕到並妥善解決。

酒店屬於比較老式的酒店啦，但是勝在房間價格非常實惠。位置就在人商對面，很方便。總體來説入住體驗還是挺好的！打掃衞生的阿姨看到我帶了電腦，還幫我墊了一個鼠標墊，非常感謝！！！

酒店的環境很好，房間都是智能的，價格也不貴，200多能訂個大套房，非常划算哦，房間乾淨整齊，寬敞，還配有幾種免費的飲料，這是其它酒店沒有的待遇哦，前台小姐姐和樓層阿姨服務都很好，熱情、貼心、周到，現顧客有賓至如歸的感覺，下次一定還會來。

酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，裝修風格極富現代感，服務人員態度都非常好，辦理入住手續迅速高效，看我帶有小孩還提前讓服務員準備了小童拖鞋和牙刷，房間入住乾淨整齊。酒店的地理位置非常好，周邊交通便利出行很方便，無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，這裏都是一個絕佳的選擇。
