This is one of the best hotel in Shishi . Bed is comfortable, bathtub is clean .

Absolutely great! Tidy, clean, excellent service, super beautiful and very well located. Is close to a shopping mall. They also accept foreigners and there’s a person who speaks English. Highly recommended!

酒店房間面積很大，裝修看着很高檔，酒店地理位置也很好在市區中心位置，買東西坐車都很方便，酒店前台還有免費簪花服務，可以租借衣服拍照打卡，大堂就有個石獅拍照的背景，酒店早餐是自助的，菜品種類也很多，房價300很划算，推薦[強][強][強]

酒店整體非常好，在鬧市區，對面就是商場＆小吃街，去那都很方便。房間很安靜，衞生打掃得也很好，給服務員點贊，有問題能及時解決。下次來還會入住。

避雷！從來沒住過服務如此之差的酒店，對客人態度傲慢無禮。2月初在網上訂了這個酒店，看到設施房間都還不錯本以為會是一次美好的體驗。沒想到下午2點到達酒店後，酒店説無法辦理入住，因為前面的客人還沒有退房，非常理解，把行李寄存就出過去了，等到5點多回到酒店辦理入住提出了加一床被子的合理要求，但被酒店工作人員無情拒絕，並且和我們説前面的客人非要加被子，所以他們就到別的地方給借了一床破被子。請注意是破被子，我非常不理解，作為服務人員為什麼能跟客人説出這樣的話？提出花錢加床服務也説做不到。在我們無奈之下，自己買被子來解決問題，前台答應我和快遞員對接，把被子送到我的房間。結果快遞員到達前台，他們讓快遞員説讓把被子放在我房間的門，口而我們當時是外出吃飯的狀態。幸虧快遞小哥服務意識強，給我打了電話，而且在樓道里找到了酒店服務人員，打開了房門，結果服務人員在明知是被子的情況之下把它放在了門口的地上。房間裏的電視在最後一天上午出現問題，無法收看正常電視節目，叫來酒店服務人員，檢查後説確實有問題，讓我們湊合湊合。我知道春節期間都很忙出現各種客觀的問題也情有可原。但是作為一個酒店，作為服務業從業人員，是否對客人應該有基本的尊重？對自己已經答應的事情能中的做到？對於自己客觀條件限制給客人造成的困難是否應該感到歉意，而不是傲慢無禮！
