Great hotel ,staff ,location ,cleanliness and breakfast

The room was clean. Complimentary water bottles were provided on a daily basis. Most of the workers at the hotel speak good english. The wifi wasn't that strong.

Trip.com you need to align with this hotel and make sure you post the correct room details. This hotel only have single, double room and suites. It does not have a triple room as posted on your site. As a customer, if I booked a triple room I would expect a more spacious room with equal size of beds. Not a double bed room with added extra bed.

霍瑪酒店以古波斯傳説中的鷹嘴神獸HOMA為名，酒店整體是現代化格局的，但大堂中的細節裝飾還透露着種種古波斯的餘韻，比如大堂的主題浮雕壁畫反映的就是古波斯的諾魯茲慶典。 酒店非常氣派，景觀也很出色。工作人員也十分細緻盡心。 對於自助早餐提供的高品質杏幹印象深刻，我們在西亞中東地區走了不少國家，這是我吃過的最好的杏幹。 據説法爾斯省是整個伊朗古波斯血統最純正的地區，酒店工作人員大多相貌堂堂，從側面看的確與波斯波利斯壁畫上的古波斯人十分相似。 算設拉子最好的酒店，住店的客人也大多氣質高雅。一位優雅的英國女士和我交流伊朗旅行心得，很感謝她的推薦。

位置稍微偏一點，但是走到城裡大概也就15分鐘左右，不算太遠。出門右手走不遠就是一個公園，大約2公里就可以走到天堂花園，對時間比較充裕的遊客來説還算方便。前台服務熱情，大堂比較寬敞舒適，可以坐喝咖啡待着耗時間。房間設施有點舊。

優點部分:酒店位置很好，靠近天堂花園，步行大概15分鐘吧。房間也確實大！ 缺點部分:當地老牌五星吧，對顧客有點愛理不理的樣子。然後確實有點老了，保養還是可以的，曾經應該輝煌過！

房間設施是可以的，稍有些吵，離主城區約1.5公里。不過兩位wooden face的前台女士刷新了我對酒店服務業的底線認知，直觀來説，她們如王后一般高貴，面對客人時隨便什麼都能令人血壓上升……第一位在入住時遇到，給了我一樓的房間，在我表示希望安靜房間並詢問這個房間情況時反問“你檢查過了？你沒有去核實怎麼知道不安靜呢？”，在我希望確認一樓是大堂層還是再上一層時輕蔑地表示“你怎麼會認為這是一樓，這是ground floor啊”，在我發現房間確實很吵鬧並折騰下來換房時全程高冷生硬，不耐煩再説一個字；退房時遇到的第二位女士更加奇怪，她居然告訴我不能寄存行李，高高在上地爭論時，給出理由是“這是伊朗”，直到我找了值班經理才解決問題，然後就有幸看到她一視同仁地對她的經理和行李員甩臉色，並且業務能力極差地把21號當成22號，哪怕我把手機日期懟出來，還堅持就是22號……… 雖然前台不能代表酒店所有，但有時候某個環節過於差勁、差勁到突破下限，會使整個入住過程都沒有安全感，比如Homa Hotel

還不錯，不過略微簡陋，伊朗可選擇性不太多

Clean hotel with helpful staff, great location with 15m walking to Arg some steps to food street. Breakfast is medium. Lobby atmospher is live and vivid. Coffeshop price if a little over priced. Hotel is old and in some parts needs restoration.

This hotel is being updated by spending a lot of money. If you plan to travel to Shiraz, be sure to visit this hotel. Try the renovated rooms. Soon after the completion of the renovation process, it will be one of the best hotels in Shiraz. The location of this hotel is very close to the tomb of Hafez and this is the biggest advantage of this hotel.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and were very disappointed with many things in this hotel including the room stained carpets, cleanliness, bathroom toilet seats had not enough room to sit on if you are over 60 Kg! Bathtubs were so old and deep that every time I walked out of the shower I thought I will trip before I landed on the ground... We used their laundry service where they had not posted any pricing for how much they charge for each item and at the time of the checkout, we were charged 580,000 Toomans for laundering 5 pair of socks, 5 underwear and 2 T-shirts!! We called to ask about this ridiculous charge from the manager and they just shrugged their shoulders and ignored us!! Terrible management and service! Would not recommend this hotel.
