Toyota Shirakawa-go Eco-Institute is a nice place for you to explore the forest pard of Shirakawa-go. They offer a free forest walk tour which can let you know about the diversity of the area. The 6 course French dinner is nice and the bread served in breakfast was lovely. The room is relatively small but the bed is comfortable. Will recommend this place for those who are looking for exploring Shirakawa-go.

That is a beautiful&good place, suitable for family vacations. Many activities there. The staff are warm and attentive. The room and bathroom are clean, beautiful and spacious. The bed is soft and comfortable. Both meals were delicious.

The French set dinner was really delicious and buffet breakfast is good too. Very spacious room and happy with onsen facilities .

The building quality is very neat and clean. The dinner course and breakfast buffet are amazing. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are a lot of family activities you can do here. The hotel located a little bit far from the village, but that's make the hotel environment very quiet and dedicated. If you insist to go to the village, you can ask the staff for a shuttle bus service. There is no private bathroom in my booked room. Maybe the hotel offered you only hot spring bathing (Onsen). The wifi is not that good when there are many guest in the hotel. If you ok with hot spring bathing, do not have any business in the village and do not require internet connection while living, this is very good hotel to stay and enjoy the Shirakawa-go vibe.

日式房間反正就是睡地板 房間衞生間不能洗澡 泡湯是公共的 南方小土豆還是比較介意這樣的方式 冬季活動比較少 但是小朋友還是比較喜歡 周邊環境不錯 餐食一般 可能我不太喜歡吃魚 三道菜 飯量大應該吃不飽 我肚量小勉強吃飽吧 注意菜單上雖然寫了提供套餐內飲料 但是各位千萬別著急催服務員先上飲料 我小孩就是口渴 讓他們先上紅茶 結果服務員最後説 先上的算點單收了我1500 後來餐食結束又被迫上了一次套餐內紅茶 大汗淋漓

入住的時候有專車來接送，房間乾淨整潔，公共浴室有户外温泉，泡一泡能消除一天的勞累，非常棒。因為正式雪季，有個很大很大很大的玩雪的地方，小朋友玩的非常盡興，直説不想走。酒店的晚餐也很精緻，體驗感非常棒。

非常喜歡的酒店，户外有個可以玩雪的雪地，户外温泉，雪地健行。。。晚餐非常精緻也好吃😋 酒店在山林裏，抵達預約酒店專車接載就可以了，下次還會再入住。

出發前一週臨時安排要去，看到這家跟一般飯店很不一樣的住宿體驗，決定賭一把，結果真是太感謝自己的選擇！搭高濃巴士到白川鄉（荻町）下車，在旅遊指南所請工作人員打電話通知飯店就會有人開車來接了，非常方便又安心。 整個建築空間都是挑高，環境舒適並有開闊的窗景，不論室內外景色都非常美麗。服務好，遊客少，泡溫泉、附近散步玩雪都像是包場一樣。 餐點大都是當地自產自消自製，法式晚餐非常精緻且美味😋 下次想在秋天再來，參加當地導遊帶領的登山健行團！

석식과 조식이 정말 훌륭했다 에그스크램블은 환상적이었고 저녁의 코스요리는 파인다이닝을 방불케할 맛이었다 시라카와고에 다시 방문한다먼 무조건 여기를 다시 갈예정이다ㅜㅜㅜ 온천은 작지만 노천탕이 있어서 밤에 별을 보면서 뜨끈하게 온천을 할 수 있었고 방도 크고 쾌적해서 좋았다 넘 만족스러웠던 숙소!!! 밥이 진짜 존맛 ㅜㅜ

就是鄉村的地方，別要有過多的要求，吃的是西式的早餐，晚餐是法餐。公共浴池不提供毛巾，需要房間帶去，浴池衹提供沐浴露和洗髮水。如有其他個人的洗漱用品要求最好自己準備。

Wifi 一直連不上，連上後又顯示IP地址不正確，唯一是當晚入住時在接待處遇到點問題要些時間去解決，該接待員細心的指示我們先去吃晚飯(當時已接近晚上8時)，而晚餐也相當美味。

조식 3성호텔보다 안좋음 위치는 안좋으나 리무진 서비스 유일한 장점 대욕장용 수건은 없고 기존꺼 사용해야하며 더 필요하면 대금지불 대욕장비 또한 무료가 아님 숙박비는 5성급 가격에 서비스는 2성이러 실망이 컸습니다
