A large gourmet kitchen to cook enough food for even the largest of families is at your disposal along with enough seating for 16+ comfortably in the kitchen and dining areas alone. The bonus room above the garage boasts a 86" tv that is used mainly as an overflow sleeping area that could accommodate 12 guests alone comfortably. This property has never been rented out before as it's brand new and we are a little hesitant on opening our home up to strangers but we would like to let others experience what leech lake and the amazing town of walker(5 min away) has to offer. It would be a shame for this property to not be used for everyone to make memories as that was our intention in building the place.
