Great time with family, many facilities, many restaurants to choose, I recommend visiting the ice village.

Nice food in the restauants. Wonderful views in the room. Convenient to access ski venue. Good!

Very nice hotel with a lot of amenities, great place for a family vacation.

Quite disappointed as the gondolas to unkai terrace was closed during this season according to the staff & we planned this for our wedding anniversary trip. Overall ok but the toilet has quite a numbers of small insects. Hope will get another chance to revisit!!

The hotel is good and with different varieties of free drinks from 10am to 10pm but only not good is air-conditioning is only hot air in Oct which is too hot for foreigners!

My stay in Hoshino Resort TOMAMU The Tower was fantastic and my family enjoyed it very much. The complimentary free champagne was wonderful!

We found it was cheaper to book via trip.com, triple room with 3 breakfast. Greenery view from the room though it was raining on the day we arrived. Hotel guest get to enjoy free entry to swimming pool and Unkai Gondola. No amenities/toiletries found in the room, the hotel put toiletries beside front desk, take what you need. Excellent selections for breakfast at Nininupuri, it's like sitting in a glass house, surrounded by trees.

The resort, the restaurants, the cloud were all great. But the access by JR train was so bad because there's no elevator. Because of my nationality i cannot drive and rent a car in Japan so i had to take the train to go to this resort. To go to the other platform, we had to take the stairs while carrying our heavy luggage. Unlucky me i just had a spine surgery and i actually should not carry heavy weight luggage but i have no options and i am with my mother who is over 60 she also had to carry heavy weight luggage through the stairs. Maybe its our bad due to the misinformation on our side that the station is like this, but just a little note for travelers who cannot rent a car to go to this resort. Either JR or Hoshino Resort maybe could invest a little for elevator or maybe assign some porter who could help just in case there are some customers with health problems like me or older people.

Nice resort, the breakfast in HAL is excellent. The staff is friendly.

Too commercial, not the Japanese relax style! Just like going to Macau….. Overall service is just fair, not really outstanding and do not recommend to book this hotel if you are looking for a real relaxing experience! The swimming pool really looks like Macau’s one!

The room is decent but obviously dated. But big windows let you soak in the mesmerising snow views. We also liked the different restaurant choices to choose from for breakfast. Nininupuri was the best given the view, food choice and table space. Nothing fancy for this hotel but nothing beats the spectacular view and ski in ski out convenience.
