The property is government owned and on lease to the business. The quality of construction, aesthetics and state of maintenance is akin to a refugee camp. The winning aspects are the location, great staff behaviour and good food.

Pros: great location, helpful staff, decent food, ample parking facilities, close to kodachadri and main road cons: this property isn’t maintained properly. Seepage and moisture smell in the room. Water from the ac vent in the room was leaking and was flowing out continuously. It’s worth staying in this property only for a night to go to kodachadri early in the morning and taking a break after kollur visit

Pros
amazing location, quiet and surrounded by hills and greenery. Well maintained room, building and compound. Good food. Cons
no wifi signal in the room and even in the lobby the signal was weak. Mobile network for air-tel was very weak in the compound, and in the room that we stayed - 104, it was completely unavailable, it was one level below the lobby level.

Poor location unfriendly staff we were the only guests, feels unsafe and depressing. Food arrangements was difficult, we had to beg for everything, unprofessional behaviour

Paradise Wild Hills - overall a fantastic place .. Nice location, well kept rooms , serene surroundings—- MOST IMPORTANTLY STAFF IS VERY VERY HOSPITABLE.. Love to come back
