The location of the lodge wasn't pleasant at all. Parking one's car is difficult as the parking place isn't defined. The bathroom is ok. Water bottles are charged extra which shouldn't be the case. Washroom needs to be addressed from a cleanliness point of view. The solar heater is there for name sake and doesn't give even warm water at all. The geyser is a miniature one which hardly gives half a bucket of hot water.

Blue crystal lodge & restaurant has the advantage of being located just behind the city centre mall. Everything is easily accessible from this hotel. The hotel is also good for staying in; the rooms are spacious, neat, and clean. The staff are also very cooperative. It does not have a restaurant, but one can get many good restaurants nearby.

The basic amenities like drinking was not provided. And the gyser was instant gyser where the water was not hot

Nice location, lift available from entrance. Food and restaurant available nearby. Good short trip. Rooms and bathroom are dusty needs and lights to be changed.

Raised request for early check in and no one respected the request charged extra 790 rs for just 3 hrs where per day charges are 900 rs.
