Snow Valley Heights

The stay is amazing. The staff Ms Dikha and Mr Dikshit were super helpful! Any problem whatsoever was sorted out within a matter of few minutes. The food quality is just amazing. For someone who is vegetarian, I would recommend trying the Mushroom dishes!

It was really a memorable stay at snow valley heights.Every person here is very helpful and cooperative.Mr.Kuldeep is very very helpful and arranged everything perfectly.The rooms are very clean good housekeeping team.The food is very good and the view from the property is beautiful 😍😍. This for me is a great hotel. We had a room with a balocoy (Room no. 406) which affored great views over the Shimla city and Himalayas. And very comfortable stay hotel staff very helpful service was very good well clean and hygienic room special thanks to Mr Mahender . Then also we loved the variety in the breakfast buttet - specially mini yummy😋 samosa. Thanks to Mr Baburam chef for giving as a tasty (chef special veg plater) in the dinner time. And also thanks Mr davender ans all Restaurant service staff for giving as a quick service.

It was ana great experience at hotel snow valley height.The staff is very friendly and caring.The location is perfect for vacations .The property is just few km from main Shimla and taxi is easily available.The location and view is superb.The rooms are cozy and clean.....Food is very good and we truly thanks everyone for a a wounderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Snow Valley Heights Shimla. Food suggestions, quality and taste was of next level. Mr. Kuldeep the GM for the property is great host who understands our needs in order to ensure our stay will be comfortable and without him that would not be possible. The property is beautiful and rooms are neat and clean with good modern amenities. Room service was quick and amazing . The housekeeping and staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. The food is very very tasty according to our taste we like less spicy and homely food and the chef make it more perfect then we expect. The hotel is having small kid zone with TT carrom etc to engage small kids. The best part of the hotel is their view from the rooms and the bonfire at terrace under open sky with a majestic night view of Shimla city.

Location is slightly outside town thus tourist places are often far for travel. However rooms are spacious and hospitality was pretty good. If you are travelling with taxi or own car then it is a good option. Just a word of caution, while booking pick hill view room to have a better view as back side room face a dead end of hill with no view at all.
