Stayed at hotel willow banks for three nights .Hotel is on the mall road which is great. You have to park your car at the central parking which is biggest multistorey parking of shimla. Hotel will send its porter who will carry your luggage from parking to the hotel for just Rs 150. You can walk for two minutes and reach the hotel lift which will take you up to the hotel reception on mall or you can use tourism lift till the mall and then walk for around 200 metres to reach the hotel. Hotel has beautiful rooms some facing the mall road and others facing the shimla city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel has its own microbrewery named shimla brewing company which is one of the best in shimla it has indoor as well as roof top which is named sky bar. Hotel also has a restaurant which is also one of the most popular in shimla and it serves some realy great food . They also have a caffe ,spa,gym and even jawed habib salon inside the hotel . Staff is super friendly always ready to help you. Do try their food everything is just super delicious. Thanks willowbanks team for making our trip so special.

Super comfy hotel. We booked with them as I had seen their pics online. As we entered we were impressed by the fact that it's just not a hotel but also 5 in-house restaurants ... so for a foodie family like ours this was awesome! There's a beautiful lounge on the rooftop and also a club in the hotel premises. The rooms are very spacious. Good for a family of 2-3. Our view was of the mountains and that was the BEST decision. We choose that category of room. The hotel is pretty close to mall and the shopping areas so great to walk out any time and head out for a stroll. This was our main reason for staying here, as unlike theog or any far place, in this case we are very central. The hotel has a nice open air cafe which has live music too. Wonderful ambience, stay and value for money definitely .

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel with a lot of character and it's own brewery! It is a little tired and could do with redecorating but the staff,the atmosphere,and good food make up for that Great central location and our spacious , comfortable, clean room had beautiful views of Shimla

The hotel is wonderful with open air cafe and a sky bar, the staff is friendly and helpful. The best part of the location is, it's at the mall road and there are restaurants and cafes close by. The bed was one of the best I have seen in the hills and the pillow were fabulous

We had a stay for one night..it was a great experience for us staying at the hotel but the hotel doesn't have that spark in it as the location Of the hotel is perfect...hotel is not child friendly no free meals for children.. every 3,4and 5 star property doesn't charge anything for kids... food was great.. cutlery was not that clean..room service was good..overall you can stay at the property..

Wonderful hotel stay. This place is very charming. I saw pictures and fell in love with the view. It’s very practical for tourist purposes as it’s located very close to the parking and also is extremely easy to access if one’s on the Mall Road. The hotel is wonderful in terms of their offerings! I loved the microbrewery it was a delight and their hanging air beds. Just wow! Honestly haven’t spotted something like this . We lazed around and had a fantastic time. The rooms are very spacious and there is a lot to choose from in terms of food options .. Mughlai , cafe , cocktails and Chinese .. wide choice . I really enjoyed the hospitality . We pampered ourselves at the spa 🧖♀️. Lovely stay

Awesome property . Very comfortable stay. Staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to suggest us places to see and in fact their own in-house places are also amazing. We spent a whole lot of time relaxing at their cafe hearing live music and enjoying beer. The club in the hotel is superb. Perfect to chill when the family is asleep.

The hotel hospitality has been top class. For a Mumbai person - the hills are super cold and difficult to adjust to. But this hotel is super comfy and cozy in its vibe. The staff was v helpful and they guided us with everything- from how to reach property to getting cabs for sightseeing to even telling us the best dining spots in the city! The hotel is done up really well and within the area there's a wonderful cafe .. a bar.. a lounge and also a spa . The best part is there's an in-house brewery too so that's a plus for all looking for some good beer in the hills. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious. The view from the room was lovely. We enjoyed each moment of our stay.

One of the best places to stay in Shimla - a four star hotel. 1. Bang on Mall road and very close to the lift 2. Very good very clean rooms 3. Very friendly staff 4. Restaurants is their speciality. Besides the hotel restaurant they have a multicuisine restaurant in the "driveway" of the hotel. This is rated as one of the top restaurants in Shimla. 5. Very good amenities in the toilet with multiple soaps with different aromas.
