Only good thing about this hotel is that it is on walking distance to the mall and has its own parking. Food is super expensive. Rooms were clean but blanket and towels were not so clean or new.

Location of this Property is their biggest USPs... They are Located just 2 minutes from Mall Road and You can Reach Local Bus Stand or Railway Station in less than 5 minutes... Service offered is also Good... Gulmarg Regency is one of the Oldest Properties in Shimla... One thing I will Suggest is that they need to Upgrade their Rooms and Facilities as this Property is Pretty Old now...

It was wonderful, mainly they’ve their own parking place. Mainly parking is difficult in shimla. It is on the mall road so everything is easily discover-able from this hotel.

Stay, location, food was very good, but little bit noise y from gusts side which will be improve by hotel staff. Be aware of monkeys outside the room, balcony.

Very poor service and also very attitude persons in front office. Room is not good and bathroom not clean. 2 years back 2 times we are stay in this same hotel at that time we got very good services. So that this time we choose n this hotel. Unfortunately we couldn't get any good service. We are not suggested to stay here anybody.
