The Cedar Grand Hotel and Spa

We stayed here for 5 nights already and had 1 more night pending but we left 1 day early due to the war situation. They did not offer or issue refund for this 1 night in this situation. Very inconsiderate of this hotel. We booked Junior Suite. Room is in the corner and it is a good size. Window is small. Looking out the window is a decent view but you also see just outside is a dirty trash dump. We asked to be changed to another room. They gave us Premium Club Room. This room is smaller and it had a bad foul odor in the bathroom. Breakfast starts late at 8am but half the food is missing and is available after 30 minutes. We had to tell them several times. If you drink coffee, you will get dont know what they serve as coffee. They do have a coffee machine downstairs but they charged us Rs200 every time for a cup. Hotel staff is good and friendly. Hotel otherwise was clean. Location to mall road is near but have to climb up to get to it.

Rooms were well mentained 😊food was amazing, amenities were also good and service was also up to the mark, overall worth of money👍🏻

We had a comfortable stay in the hotel. The view is spectacular. The room and toilets were very clean. We went for a workation. The Wi-Fi speed and the chairs and tables for working was appropriate for work. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but nice.

Good property staff -10, food -10 , rooms -10 excellent stay in shimla must visit great view pf shimla and jhanku temple

Hotel was very dirty and washroom as well and service also very bad and i wont recommended to anyone
