Could be so much better if not that noisy! Impossible to rest before every other guests fall asleep, there's so much noise in and around the hotel. Bathroom needs servicing it overflows quickly. Food and breakfast are delicious on the other hand. They do not accept international payment cards, cash only, not practical. Was recommended this hotel by a friend, ended up very disappointed.

Stay was wonderful .. property is neat,clean and well maintained.. staff is excellent.. food was tasty .. overall experience is excellent.. specially attic rooms were very good.. their view was too scenic.. location of property is wonderful..

Beautiful property with amazing food and drinks to offer. Had a very peaceful stay with family. The rooms were clean and the entire space was very aesthetically designed. Special mention for the flora, AMAZING plants all around the property as well as inside! I wish the breakfast spread was better/tastier though.

Awesome hospitality and ambience is good , service is on time . Recommended to others too . Food quality is good as well as team is very cooperative .Nominal tarrif ti all. Indoor games is worth for children. Full on enjoyment spend atleast 3 days in a hotel .

It is one of the finest experience I have ever had. The room is excellent, the valley views from the room is mesmerizing, the food area overlooking the valley is breathtaking. All the staff members are very polite and take utmost care of the guests. The woman at the front desk, Susheel at the reception and at the cafeteria and all other people make the stay all the more beautiful. The food is extremely delicious. Don't miss the Himachali Thali - it's yummy. The children play area at the attic is a treat for my 6 year old son. We hardly stepped out of the resort during our 2 days stay. To end it all, Pranav, who provides cab service is such a nice person. He dropped us to Kalka and it was a very pleasant journey experience. Overall I would love to visit this place over and over again. Team Nilaya - Please keep up your standard. You are doing a fabulous job. Thank you

Food and Ambience was awesome Staff is very polite. Must try puri bhaaji and Different types of sauce available. Games also available. Stay was awesome. I recommended to every one staff there. And games point spl floor available here. Beautiful hotel

Me and my family had an enthralling experience at 'The Nilaya'. Everything, from ambience to food to rooms to hygiene to the decor of the resort, was exemplary. The staff was on its toes throughout. Their hospitality touched our hearts. All in all, it was a mind blowing experience which we are going to cherish in the times to come. We are thankful to the person who recommended Nilaya to us and we are also going to recommend it to others.

The property is very well maintained. The staff is very polite and helpful I really enjoyed the stay Best part is cleanliness and they offer dormatory for the drivers and food. The owner is a plant lover so many indoor plants which makes the look so soothing

I visited Shimla Himachal Pradesh with family and friends and stayed at Nilaya Mashobra,a beutiful location, awesome ambiance, everywhere,suit, dining area,bar ,most attractive transparent rooftop and dining with chilly fresh wind.

This hotel is located amidst nature but very safe, easily reachable through your personal vehicle or even public transport. It is located at a place where there are many other hotels nearby as well. The location is perfect for nature loving person and also for families or couples or even solo travellers. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, Aesthetics are simply superb, each and every aspect of the building has been taken care of. Rooms are spacious, very neat and clean and also have proper ventilation both through the window and also through the centralised AC system. Staff is very supportive, very well behaved and prompt in service. Views from the room and hotel are scenic (especially the valley view rooms). You get a very good view of the hills/ nature from the hotel/ rooms. You get a total serene environment. Staff in the restaurant needs a special mention- they were really good in service, very prompt and cordial, very high service standards were followed by all the staff in the restaurant. Full marks to them. Food was also really good. I would like to thank Mr. Sushil at the reception who took us for nature walk and star gazing. He is a true gentleman and service oriented. I would also like to thank Ms Deepa Sharma who handled everything nicely right from booking the hotel room till our departure. Her behaviour was impeccable. Staying at this hotel was one of the very best experiences of mine and my family.
