The property is centrally located near lift. The rooms were good cost and comfortable.The food was awesome.I would specially like to mention that Momo was really awesome.The staff behaviour were the icing on the cake.Highly recomended

Hotel location is very good. It's a little walking distance from Mall Market. But the only cons is you have to ride Approx 150- 200 upstairs from the road to reach the hotel.

there is an issue with the rats were playing all night in between roof and false sealing. it was very disturbing and not allowed to sleep you properly. Even after complaining for 3-4 times nobody cared and no action were taken. thisnis serious issue and need an immediate action to remove those rats. this will impact the hotel rating. It does not have any amenities and not even a restaurant to seat and have food.
other services were good. Thanks.

I did not have any breakfast there that was told when i checked in to the hotel and raised complaint with you also but still i didn't get any refund. The room was also too small and too much room freshener was used and the exhaust was not working properly

The stay is perfect for a shimla trip. Right near the mall road. Rooms are premium and you'd not feel cold inside the room. The staff was very nice. Only problem was with the bathroom. The bathroom was looking clean and nice but was smelling very bad. Couldn't even keep the door. Open for seconds. Except for that the stay was awesome

"who told you to go that side? mistake is from your side, not mine. These are the words the owner spoke with my wife. I agree that we took a different route reaching the property. Mistake is from our end as well. We took a lengthy route as our driver said. But that doesn't mean he has the right to talk to us like this. Also the steps to reach property are nearby 80 to 100. With zero hospitality no one needs to stay here. Apart from this, room is good and service boys did their job well no complaints. Looks like monkeys sleep on the roof top at night, causing disturbance while sleeping. No bathroom mats provided unless asked. Manager did not bothered while checking out. There are very good homestays/bnb available in shimla. You can choose from them. Stay away from this place if you expect hospitality from them.

Both the rooms of this hotel are very good, location is good. Mall road is also close. Bathroom is also good. Staff behavior is very good.

Room was very small as compared to photos. i couldn't sleep properly because there was continuous scratching sound coming from roof due to monkeys and cats. food was overpriced. no toilet seat paper was provided.
