We are newly married couple from Malaysia.We stay here in diplomat hotel 2nights and 3days .We really like service of this hotel+bar+restaurant everything available here. I think we will be back soon with family . Thanks to all staff.🙏

Terrible place. Unhygienic, rooms were dirty even the room curtain had not been washed, one could clearly see the stains on the curtain and the also on the bedsheet would never recommend to anyone and the staff is not cooperative at all zero service i would

It was good stay and hotest staff were very good and corporative, food was delicious. The only think i didn't like the hotel room i feel-ed that room was not so good as per the rent. Rest everything was super awesome.

Wt f this app. The hotel room that we book in hill station(shimla) that was fully bad in condition there was another rooms also but they show us a very bad room in the basement. When we said that we want to cancel the booking then they was just saying to contact the company. And the company was didn't responding to us. Then they take more money and give us another room in basement. And there service was also very slow. That was very bad experience.

Location is very good as per shimla standards, food is good, bar is good though a bit costly, live music in evening, services are good, amenities are ok

Very bad room services and brake fast and not provide saving kit and toothbrush kit. Overall expirenced is very bad and driver room is not available

The room given to me was two storeys below. It had moisture on the walls. It was blackened. One window which opened in a back dingey ally. Food was costly so didn’t order. Only plus point was it’s location just on the ridge. It is situated just above the auckland tunnel. Just walking distance to the main ridge.
