It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

It was such a pleasure staying with you for four nights. The staffs in the hotel received us and connected with us soo very well. Team housekeeping was soo good in ensuring that every time we returned to a welcoming home!!! The restaurant was just the best with the team really competing with each others to serve and support us. A lot of food suggestions, information made the stay so memorable!! At times we visited the Resturant just to meet this folks at the restaurant! . Well done team Courtyard !! Thanks a lot !!! Keep up this awesome job of creating wonderful memories!!

My friend and I went for spa and it was amazing, the spa section is clean and very comfortable, attendants were coteous and professional.. I definitely recommend to everyone to visit and get best treatment here, especially the spa section. I would go back and will surely visit again.😌

Had a great experience and were taken good care of by Praveen and Holyland. The food was great and fulfilling after a long day of adventure. It was by chance that we saw Courtyard and walked in. The food was top notch, desserts very tasty. Had a good time overall!

State of the art property, had an alluring atmosphere. The greatest point being the staff, they were pleasantly welcoming and showered us with great hospitality. The food served to us was nothing less than the food you'd expect from a Michelin Star Restaurant; breakfast buffet counter was very lively and incomparable with any other star property. Four live counters and live flute music in the morning were extremely charming. The executive lounge experience in the evening was incredible. 1. Lydia at Front Desk Lead 2. Mary at the Executive Lounge 3. Yogesh the Manager 4. Arun the Bartender 5. Natasha the Bartender 6. Roshni at the Executive Lounge 7. Aditya the intern at the Executive Lounge 8. Rajdeep & his associate for room-cleaning 9. Buffet restaurant Chef and Staff (many & all) .... and all those whose names I didn't know but made me and my family's stay a memorable one. Having stayed with other Marriott Properties, Taj, Le Meridian, ITC, Radisson etc., this stay with Courtyard Shillong has been very special and memorable for us. We feel 4 days were not enough, we should have had another couple of days with Courtyard Shillong. Looking forward to visiting again.

Hotel's location is central yet away from the noise of Police Bazaar's crowd. Easily accessible. Place is clean and fresh. Rooms are neat and cosy. Food is good, tasty and the buffet is great. The heated pool is a great attraction. Staff are friendly, helpfull and makes you feel at home. Everything about the place is great. A miss not place while at Shillong.

While the property is new and located close to the market, we had a bad experience. My father got stuck in the bathroom as the bathroom door lock got stuck and was not opening. For a good 10-15 minutes no one from the hotel came to our room inspite of multiple calls. I had to personally go down and call someone up. I have been staying at multiple properties around the world and have had such experience for the first time. While I am a bonvoy member don't expect such experiences or service levels. My father is a senior citizen and he was getting worried stuck in there. Extremely disappointed!
