Vivanta Meghalaya Shillong

Wonderful stay, and amazing breakfast! The customer reception is unparalleled. Loved it!

I recently stayed at Vivanta, Shillong with my family for a night, checking in on May 13th and checking out on May 14th. Upon arrival at around 9 AM, I was asked to pay a 25% early check-in fee despite the room being available. Having stayed at several Taj properties across India, I’ve never encountered this charge—typically, if the room is vacant, it is handed over without extra cost. That's the reason I checked out early and moved to another better property "Marriott" For comparison, I spent the following night at Marriott, Shillong, and the difference was striking. From service quality to buffet spread, no early check-in charges, infrastructure, and staff professionalism, Marriott far outshone Vivanta—all at nearly the same price point. Unfortunately, this experience has ensured that I won’t be returning to Vivanta, Shillong. This was my first and will be my last visit to this hotel. ---Prateek Arora

We (family- 3 Adults) stayed at this facility for three nights, rooms were good and spacious. Overall stay was very good especially the suite room stay touched my family. Best part was the breakfast, spread was good some of the items especially Dosa and Sambar were authentic, appreciated Chef Ganesh. Memory will stay for a long time. Thank you Vivanta Shillong Team.

rooms and infrastructure not at par with vivanta standards but its staff which make you feel tajness in the hotel. all staff are good but special thanks to Ms Rajshree also would like to mention Ms Fiba Ms Meba and Mr Hilter for making my family stay wonderful. Also in room fruit basket and dryfruits were added delight for my kids

The Gym trainer Mr Amarveer was excellent in his training and guidance and support He has good knowledge of body traing without Equipment But the Gym itself is very small and needs upgrade. Vivanta management should consider for gym expansion at the earliest

The dinner and the hospitality of the restaurant was awesome. Very polite and friendly staff, served us really well. Special thanks to Mr. Fedrick for making my parents anniversary a memorable one. Loved it would visit again. Vivanta shillong is must visit.
