Quality Hotel Parklake Shepparton

Great location across the road from the park & lake. Easy walking distance to the Sports Club and other food venues. Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast and large rooms. Bed was super comfy too.

We had a wonderful stay, management was amazing and helpful and the indoor pool was awesome!

I have sadly had to stay here several times due to business. Whilst the food and accommodation are fine, I dread eating at the restaurant, the servie is shocking, again I have stayed here repeatedly. You wil get seated by staff and then ignored. Whilst the manager leans up agains the wall whilst the staff, clearly not training for the most part in hospitality run around. Only one waiter there who is constantly apologising for the lack of cohesion in this restaurant. The dining room opens at 7am. People are lining up to get in with only one staff member to deal with it all. THis is totally unsuitable for business people who may need to travel a distance to one of the near towns. I had to get a coffee from a cafe on the run as could not wait for a coffee. Never ceases to fail here. Management have no idea. Try the Gateway in Wangarratta its worth the drive. Same price acommodation. Food and service tops... Never fails.

The tour group we were travelling with booked us in here and we were delighted with the staff, accommodation and decore. Everything we needed was available. We were fortunate to have a lovely room overlooking the lake, and despite there being a busy road outside, the unit was surprisingly quiet. The buffet breakfasts each morning were everything one would expect. If ever we return to Shepparton, this is where we will be staying.

We spent a very comfortable overnight stay, during terrible weather. Once greeted by the friendly staff, we took the option to book for dinner, as the weather had turned nasty. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant featured lots of local produce and the service here was friendly too, even though very busy on the night.

The most outstanding thing with this hotel is its location... across from Victoria Lake. AND it's walking distance to the eateries in town. Customer service was great on the phone, however they were short staffed so I didn't actually meet the staff when I checked in. I had to call a number to get a code for the box, and after going backwards and forwards... finally I got the key. Carparking is reasonable - the carpark is accessible from the front or the back. (and they have chargers for electric cars) However, one thing to note... I could not get out at 04:!5 ... it said to push a button? But it wasn't that evident when I was barely awake - so I drove out the front entrance because it was so quiet. ( They request you only enter through the front entrance, then use the back one) I then had to find my room, up the stairs and follow the signs... at this point, I was questioning my choice of motel. But the room was lovely, it was quiet and met all of my needs. I love that it has a full length mirror so if you are going out for the evening, you can ensure you look schmick.

What a lovely stay we had. We were there for a Real Estate conference and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The staff that worked the bar in the function room for our dinner were just beautiful, Shauney you are an amazing and beautiful person, so professional and helpful.
