Everything was very good, but only the staff is very officially and i request the invoice and the give me a this paper in attachment file. and when i arrive to my country i see there is no stamp , no details, nothing

Convenient location. It’s about 4 minutes walk from metro station and just a little further to reach the high speed rail station. Room was clean with modern and tasteful design. View from window was great and bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and bathroom floor was not flooded after shower. Breakfast was surprisingly good in terms of both quality and variety.

Stayed here for a night with family due catch the railway to Guangzhou on next day. Pullman hotel just located right next to Shenzhen north station, which very convenient for us. Hotel room was very clean Asked for special request from hotel, celebrated my wedding anniversary here. Thank you Jenny for her great hospitality. We had a special and unforgettable stays here! Will back for sure!

Hotel was very clean and new, staff were helpful and professional. Location is unbeatable since it’s 5 mins walking from the high speed rail.

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

Very impressive experience in Pullman. Excellent location which is just 5-min walk from train station; hygiene with quality service. Appreciated Chinese style breakfast buffet with some foreign choices. Too tired to go out for food, could simply ordered delivery and robot would send to door directly, super convenient. Will come again definitely.

Really nice hotel. very near to Shenzhen north train station. It’s the centre of city for travelling to different places.

They turn off the cooling power of aircon during winter months, so i am left sweating in the room. They also have slowest checkin and try not to do so in late hours where there is stagf shortage
