Perfect location and near to all corners of the city. I wish there was a pool option as well.

Convenient location. It’s about 4 minutes walk from metro station and just a little further to reach the high speed rail station. Room was clean with modern and tasteful design. View from window was great and bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and bathroom floor was not flooded after shower. Breakfast was surprisingly good in terms of both quality and variety.

Stayed here for a night with family due catch the railway to Guangzhou on next day. Pullman hotel just located right next to Shenzhen north station, which very convenient for us. Hotel room was very clean Asked for special request from hotel, celebrated my wedding anniversary here. Thank you Jenny for her great hospitality. We had a special and unforgettable stays here! Will back for sure!

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

Very impressive experience in Pullman. Excellent location which is just 5-min walk from train station; hygiene with quality service. Appreciated Chinese style breakfast buffet with some foreign choices. Too tired to go out for food, could simply ordered delivery and robot would send to door directly, super convenient. Will come again definitely.

This hotel is the perfect stay for couples or families! It’s only a few minutes walk from the train and MTR stations, making it super convenient. 😄 The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. The room is stylish, modern, clean, and well-equipped. The three-pronged plugs make it easier for travelers from Hong Kong. We had a pleasant stay at Pullman and will definitely come again! 🥰

The hotel is conveniently located above the Shen Zhen north station. Staff are nice and helpful. We have ordered a non-smoking room yet when we came into the room, we found a very strong smoking scent. Luckily the staff offered changing to another room quickly when we called. Overall the stay was nice.

it's right next to the train station but we needed to take 2 lifts to reach the lobby, and another lift to reach the room. nice view from the 58th floor. the room looks smaller than i expected, but the bathtub is nice. nice breakfast with a large variety of food friendly staff
