The room is really clean, the staff is really helpfull; we encounter some problems with our flight so the check in time was very late, but the staff was still waiting and assisting us. Will stay here again if we visit Shenzhen. Location also very nice, many food restaurants nearby

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the Room is so big for its price, and they even have a wonderful washing machine for clothes so it's very convenient for travelers. I definitely recommend this place! 10/10 😌👍🏻

My stay at this Shenzhen was fantastic, especially because of the **super easy check-in process**—no complicated security checks or front desk procedures! I just went straight up to the apartment, rang the bell, and the host (or their representative) opened the door immediately. Super smooth and convenient, especially after a long flight.
The place itself was well-located close to public transport and great food spots. The host was responsive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed.
If you hate dealing with hotel-style check-ins and just want a quick, no-fuss entry, this is the perfect stay for you!

I stayed with my 6 years old daughter
Location was very convenient and kid's friendly.
Near apartment, there is food street so I've never starved during stay.
Everything is equipped including slippers, hair dryer, dish washing liquid and disposable towers.
Highly recommend and i will stay next time

The hotel is big and spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and gave us extra toothbrushes and towels as we are going to stay for two days. I would recommend this to trip with friends.

It’s hard to find. The apartment is in an office building that is quite noisy. There are no facilities outside the apartment. The accommodation was quite dirty with lots of broken things and mold. The cleaners did not have a vacuum to clean the filthy carpet. The location is only so so. There is no counter space to prepare food. The only good thing is the people who work there are nice. For the expensive price you can actually stay in a 5 star hotel with a better location. I ended up shortening my stay.

Overall is towards bad experience.
1. Toilet is VERY smelly, moldy. No toilet paper is provided, but only half a used tissue in plastic. So it is quite disgusting. The shower curtain is pretty useless as after shower, the water will be everywhere out of the shower room.
2. Lots of unexplained noises , such as cracking and knocking sound. Especially during the night.
3. Unexplained smell as well. Occasionally smells like burning. The host even asked us did we cook (we didn’t) as he smell gas on the corridor.
4. Location very poor, lots of traffic (especially in the evening). It is hard to get to tourist attraction. Quite a distance to the MTR as well. To find the location of the stay, it is also a challenge. No proper counter, need to contact them to open the door.
Overall, we do not feel safe during our stay. And it is very unrecommended to tourist. The price is similar to decent hotel which is near the tourist attraction.

Very clean and spacious. There is dryer, washer, bath towel etc. Location is quite easy to find. Check in counter is also at the same level, 23rd floor. Staff is helpful. Very pleasant stay. Will recommend to others. There's a mini mart downstairs, small restaurants too. Walking distance to train station is reasonable, around 8mins walk.
